we have been to holiday village 3years running and would recommend it to familys with children of all ages.there is so much to do for everyone.the rooms are spotless the veriaty off food is realy good.something for everyone.not sure what it will be like now they have split the two sides but going to give it a go next year

Woo. I went here last may and going back this May omg can't wait... and I hope people that I met last year come again cass i miss them :'( hehe btw it is a fun holiday.! and I'm going on the 31st of may... i've also been to the Spain one aswell :)

im going in 3 and a half weeks I will give a full review AND create a video to show its good. Never been but we where recommended it by 2 friends who work in first choice. one of them is getting married in this resort. Therefore it must be good. >:(

watch out. dont visit turkey. i was there 2 months ago. they even dont have clear drink water. full of moslems searching for christians. still trading with human like laves,especially women and children. think first that turkey belongs to asia like afganistan , not to europe. never ever again. worst experience for my familly.

We stayed here for 2 weeks last year and loved it so much we are staying again this year, the staff (First Choice & Hotel) couldn't be more helpful, and were never intrusive and pushy. My top tip is to haggle with the Spa staff for a discounted Turkish Bath on DAY ONE then once you've had this you will get the best tan you've ever had.

If you like to queue, want a tatoo by the pool, more queues, mossi bites, chicken nuggets, chips, more chips, fat kids and all inclusive drunks chanting a cheesy holiday song followed by a rousing 'Let's Get Loud', this is the ultimate Butlins in the sun++. If you want good service, quality, peace, this is not the place for you! Generally Can't fault the hotel, facilities, food, cleanliness, just the queues and the people! Will not go back...

The morning we were leaving 9 ambulances came to take people to marmaris hospital. Mossies are a +++++++. entertainment is good but repetative. The entertainers are great, they run the place. All i can say is thank god we are home, we will NEVER go back. P.S make sure you do a jeep safari (best day of the hols) go down to sarigerme, book with sarigerme tours.

Sorry i dont agree with any of the comments, we have just come back.. Yes the place is very clean (its all a show). I was in a party of 8, 4 of the party had a stomach bug, my husband was in the hosital on a drip (he was really poorly).

i loved the place and we were on the orange side and but i must admit we had a few complaints... the main one was the room - my eldest kid stood on broken glass which wasnt cleaned up properly from the previous occupants. The place is paradise though, it really is a great place for a holiday, staff very friendly too. The actual town is small and not much to see but the residents seemed friendly enough. Would still do it again.

just come back from there 1st week boiling 2nd more breezy but still very warm. hotel and surrounding gardens very good. food a bit repetative. drinks...just effs. vodka, schnapps wine. Good value for what we paid.

1st tip: If you want to dine at any of the themed restuarants, go in the morning to book as the seats get filled very quickly and they only take booking for that night. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BOTTLED WINE AS THEY CHARGE YOUR ROOM WITH IT... £40

2nd tip: Dont forget that even though there are two sides (blue/orange)to this holiday village you can go and dine wherever you want, i thought orange side was better and less cramped with people, blue is more lively.

3rd tip: if you want a sun lounger make sure you are up early birds to place your towels on them to get a good spot as they fill up really quickly. You can use the blue towels they provide for you but these are more likely to be dumped by some shit who wants that lounger, if you place you own on one somebody would think twice about it.

4th tip: When in dalaman they charge for luggage trolleys - aint really worth it as the bus to transfer you are right outside in the bus park.

5th tip: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DALAMAN AIRPORT except duty free. We were hungry waiting for our flight home and my partner went to McDonalds for 3 happy meals and a chicken burger and it cost us £35. If i remember correctly a bottled water costs £5 so come prepared.

6th tip: relax and enjoy the best holiday you will have. It is a paradise there and i wish i was back. It was 48oC (118oF) when we were there... pure brill. Send a return post here when you get back and let us know how you got on
