  • Excersise, in combination with healthy eating, is a great lifestyle change. Never think of it as "dieting" because diets are temporary, and never believe that common misconception of muscle weighing more than fat - They weigh the same! Muscle only takes up less space!

  • i was wondering if these workouts will burn fat or build muscle? i really need to burn fat first. so which is it if anyone knows?

  • Varies for each exercise, but should be appox 10 (no more than 15) per exercise.

  • ok well i just did day 1-4 in one day and it feels good (i did day one without any trouble, wasnt to tired so i tried day 2 and got addicted lol) thanks for these videos

  • Yes, that's what it means. Engaging your abs, pulling them in, etc--it means pulling your belly button in toward your back, which contracts the abs.

  • after doing these vids for 4 days i am starting to feel a bit slimmer but not losing weight. i know im not losing weight cuz i am buliding mussle, so if u are not losing weight its cuz u r building mussle and mussle ways more then fat!

  • Not necessarily. You can get a good workout without being sore, too.

  • Do whatever fits your schedule More times will be more intense and provider greater benefit, but one time is still great, too!

  • yes it shoudl hurt alittle because your muscles should be sore.

  • i`am doing teo of these workouts every day.. hope they`ll help by losing some winter weight ;) ... but i also try to eat no sweets at the moment ^^ ..

  • The best part about these videos is that they are short and sweet, very doable with the 30 min. cardio each day. I am midway through my bootcamp, and I feel great and am starting to see results!

  • do the bootcamps exercises help tone or loose weight???or do they help doing both things????

  • These exercises will ultimately do both. Exercising aerobically or by weights will help you lose fat. Be careful reading the scale, though. You won't tone and lose fat independently of each other. Losing fat will make you look toned, gaining muscle mass will also help you look toned.

  • ive just started doing these wokouts one everday in the afternoon and another like 5 min wokout in the morning would that even do much to me???

  • Anythink is more than nothing.. and yes, I think you wil begin to feel it, before you see it, but keep at it!!

  • I LOVE these 10 minute workouts!!!

  • I really like this because most of these exercises I can do even while pregnant (some modified). It's hard to work the abs in your second and third trimester because you aren't supposed to lie on your back. But these are great!

  • sparkpeople have special workouts for the pregnant, you should try them =D

  • this is cool i like all their workouts.. the way she walks you through it gives you a different mindset on how you see yourself doing the movements...

  • i love that this is free because people should not have to pay to stay healthy:) I like having motivation or else I can't control my diet. exercising is easy though.ahh this bootcamp doesn't work unless you also change your diet, though! so eat healthier, guys!

  • Their nutrition tracker helps alot with eating healthy! I like to add a food im thinking about eating temporarely to see how many calories/fat it would be before making a bad decision. It really helps alot!
