I just read almost all of this book last night. It's such a fast, entrancing read. The only reason I put it down was because I felt bad leaving the light on while my roommate was trying to sleep. It's so fortunate that I'm going to finish it pretty much right when the sequel comes out!

I read it all today... gripping read in my opinion. The title caught my attention when I glanced at my sister's books. I liked it, and it got me engaged, spooked and creeped-out; the mystery and thriller element was well-done. However, some parts of the novel left a lot to be desired: it left many questions needlessly unanswered, and some unexplored especially as the novel edged closer and closer to the climax. Some answers would be good-to-know extra. Sometimes you'd have to suspend belief.

Keep writing! Everything you write will help you grow. I wrote a book when I was 12, too, and I think it taught me a lot about writing. Besides that, write for fun--for yourself.
