You can see it is unhealthy or you can see it's not healthy? Her hair should be longer than it is and it's not because it is breaking off due to the dryness. Neither of us know if they are good parents or not as we don't live with them.

Yes it's her style but the child's hair will be ruined without conditioning. You can see it's not healthy.

Why doesn't she do something with their hair, no barrettes or ribbons? The black child's hair needs conditioned as it always looks so dry and dull and always pulled back with no colorful barrettes. I know this as my daughter is bi racial and her hair always looks pretty and healthy.
