  • santa's unfair why only the drum brothers got a present y didnt you give me a present!! (JEALOUS) hahahaha

  • @chopapits hahaha sorry bro! next year he'll be kind to you too if you behave well :D

  • I usually do heels down, it's slower but more consistent. but the heels up swivel works a treat thanks

  • @rockpig57 all of the techniques work for something! :)

  • Does anyone know a website where i can purchase the same type of practice material they have in the video? ALSO is it a good practice for a beginner who has limited space and cannot make noise? Thanks

  • @JustShutUpNWatch you mean you wanna purchase this video? you don't need to! it's free on youtube :) if you cannot make noise you can practice on the pads for hands and feet! :)

  • @DrumBrotherProject Yes, I want to know where i can buy practice pads like you had in the video. And what types of gear are good for a beginner... Do you understand what I am asking now?

  • @JustShutUpNWatch you can buy the pads in any shop online or near your home! :) those are made by Evans! :) those are good for beginners and for professionals too! :)

  • @DrumBrotherProject Cool, Thanks for taking time to answer!

  • @JustShutUpNWatch you are welcome! :)

  • they have a small tv. ._.

  • @ihategoatz it's never big enough :D

  • Heel up. Play with the ball/ toe of the foot. Heel never needs to touch the bass of the bass drum pedal. Combining the heel with the toe is a waste of energy, stupid and dumb. Foot bouncing from right to left is good and I notice that your heel never touches the pedals. Now go get high! later.

  • @odinstreet i think heel toe is not a waste of energy if you learn well how to use it, it depends on what you need it for! for speed maybe it's not the most appropriate, swivel is much better! :)

  • @odinstreet Once you master heel toe it is very efficient, takes nothing but a mere, effortless flick of the foot, and also name me one other useable, and practical thing that is "stupid and dumb"

  • Hey guys, what practice pad/stand are you using for the pedals? .. been looking for a decent one for a while, great vid aswell guys

  • @MattDoyleDrums hey man! thanks for watching! the pads are Evans Real Feel Foot Pads (it's the new HQ!!) :) keep following us! ;)

  • Im having the same problem. I can play at 120 bpm solid but when i speed up my legs just flutter and lock up and it just dies. Can you guys possibly make a video doing some exercises

  • You guys are amazing drummers, id do anything to be able to jam with you guys....although im not fly at all. Just a quick...ish question. Ive had my double kick for about a year and a bit now and ive been playing for five years total. But i cant manage to sync my 16th note bass drum roll with any song. Ive tried jamming with slower songs to build up from there but i havn't seen any noticeable improvement. Any ideas or tips?

  • @2DMuFaSA Thanks buddy! you are very kind and we would love to jam with you too!! did you try using a metronome? start at 100 bpms and stay for 5 minutes keeping your roll going..then increase 3 bpms and other 5 minutes... until you go faster and faster! and of course try to apply the techniques that are in the video! those could help you a lot! :) we will post other videos of our feet practice sessions in the future! keep following us :)

  • @DrumBrotherProject Thankyou so much guys, you have no idea how much it means to people like me to have in depth tips and such. One morrrre thing hahaha. When I play @ 100bpm I use my whole leg and when i increased the bpm my legs couldn't keep up so to speak. How do you train with just your ankles. Because im extremely horrible using just my ankles. Cheers guys.

  • @2DMuFaSA regarding the ankles, you just have to find a speed where you can use them, and work your way up from there! 3 bpms at the time! :)

  • what is that thing u use during the first scenery??

    That thing u r using while u r having a roll etc..

  • @jersondanz what do you mean?? the pads?

  • @jersondanz They're practice pads, mate. Essentially they're just a block of wood with a bit of padding on the top.
