His pancreatic cancer got so bad he required a new liver.. However, he exploited the whole organ donation program by using his wealth to sign himself onto multiple states organ donation lists. He deprived someone of a kidney and only used it for two years because he fucked himself over. His philanthropic efforts were minimal.
