Remakes ruin games and movies. I have rarely ever seen a remake that lived up to the quality of the original or didn't just change it completely. I am one of the few who hopes that they don't remake it.

@krizzex From what I've seen Persona is one franchise that's pretty immune to the disease of bad remakes. The remake of Persona 3 was good, and from what I've heard the Persona 1 remake was pretty good (though that isn't really saying much for the English market considering the horrendous Macekre the localization was.)

Likely~ The Persona 2 Innocent Sin fan translation received a good deal of attention, and considering the current popularity of the series, it's likely to get remade; I don't think ATLUS would want to miss out on that sort of money.

Kinda. This game was one of my all time favorites. I still remember being very impressed with it when it first came out and all the anime vids you could watch in the extras. This game was cool and I loved the different characters. P3 was ok, but I'm in agreement with you, this was much better.
