I think Vespertine is one of my favourite albums ever... all is a deep travel within your senses... and this song gives you a clue of how gorgeus is listening to the album.
at first the lyrics doesnt make any sense, because it seems random but knowing bjork.. she loves using metaphors in her lyrics.. cocoon is a good example.., but if you dig deep enough, her lyrics will really make sense which is, at all times, different types of people can relate to.. and all of her songs are open to interpretations, which means that you can relate to the song in your own way^^
@proeyebry She is but there are dorks like my brother who hears me saying I will get all her discography and feels no emotion at all... I can't oblige him to be intelligent.
@proeyebry Yes, I share your opinion. I've seen 2 woman, both composing and writing the songs, singing with a unique voice, with a unique look, and really just doing what they want. Both original, genious... Kate Bush, and Bjork. I love them both, they inspire me.
@proeyebry I love about Bjork that she is honest, she has absolut control about her work, does play instruments, sings great live, has a unique style and look, and writes all her material without listening to what other people think!! She does what she likes, and plays with almost the same people since she was like 16!! She is an original, like Kate bush. KAte bush is also a great artist who's influence is big big big, and she is sweet and polite... love them both.
i suck at shuffling cards... but i would learn any skill that seemed stupid enough so she will use it for her next album, she is so unpredictable and inspiring in so many ways!
i wish i had been born in the 80's to follow her around concerts, because by the time i discovered her i was way too young and musically unstable, i want to see her live more than anything in this world

Best artist of our time. The are very few singer that are better live, Bjork is one of the few truly gifted voices.
