Hey uh i just got the new xbox and i trying to transfer from my old 120 gb to my new 250 gb. I do all the steps correctly but the transfer option doesnt pop up and my old hard drive doesnt show in my memory on my new xbox. Help?

Hey I tried that and it didn't transfer my data but after I put it on my old console the Xbox wouldn't read the hard drive and it said it wasn't connected
