Not a "original work of art" most likely. If it was "numbered and signed" it is likely a print, not an original. Alos, fake signed Dali prints are more common than not, but still a great deal!
I agree, I had to burst the bubble of a friend of mine who thought he got an authentic, signed Dali, but alas, I proved to him, it was not what he thought.
