@sneakybeard I wouldn't say he sucks, he just doesn't have the ridiculous 37 frame recovery off his low Tiger. Although I think there is a difference in O.Sagat in HSF depending on console vs arcade.

Altough BUY really sucked (never seen an O. sagat sucking btw... he's the first one i think :\) i'm really happy to see a mid/upper tier beating 3 god-tiers chars.

Hi this is XSPR and I also entered this event. The match you see here was between some of the local Niigata players (not the visiting top players from Tokyo) that I've played a lot. btw BUY is a very good player, and I've complained to him many times about his ce dictator choice. It's too bad some of the locals had to take out one another before facing the better Tokyo players. The best local, Shinryu (blanka), didn't attend this one.

That was quite possibly the worst O. Sagat I've ever seen. He wasn't utilizing the fast recovery on Tiger at all; the first round he coulda Uppercut two more of those typhoons. And yeah...

Vega's (Claw) crouch Strong Punch pokes are so nasty.
I just picked him up one day on HD Remix online and basically played the whole fight using crouching Strong. I never use Vega, just going on the knowledge that he has mean pokes.
My opponent was a sizably competent Ryu player (I had already fought him earlier in the day and lost). Though I didn't win, just by using crouching Strong a lot, I won a round and the deciding round managed to drive his life down to milimeters. Sick.

Yeah, that's a pretty stacked team. I know O. Sagat and CE Bison are forces to be reckoned with.
Could have accentuated it with World Warrior Guile but Vega is also a top-notch player.
