Chinese built a much simpler design called unlimited wheelchair that can climb stairs and get into water probably at 1/10th of price on iBOT.

1. with IBOT you're not at eye-level, facing a woman your head is at her breasts and facing a man your head is just above his bellybutton!

2. At upright position since you're sitting at a 45degree angle the chair becomes too long to fit in any tight areas practically that's why they always demonstrate it in a hallway!

3. At $24000 each you can hire a bodybuilder to carry you everywhere instead :)

The chinese version is cheap, compact & climbs things easily.
