  • Alcohol and sex.. Check

  • You are gorgeous! and I dont say that often..

    Thanks for the vids.

  • Excellent tutorial, and extremely H.O.T.

  • The best relaxation method is a full body massage, it knocks me out.

  • Watching this video makes me understand why a lot of people today use alcohol to relax as it numbs the senses, however creating other problems.

    Thanks for your vid's

  • U are so damn beautiful! :)

  • it's worth mentioning that the antagonist to CRH is serotonin. by ensuring you maintain high levels of serotonin you will reduce the cortisol response.

also by increasing insulin sensitivity your body can use less and that will translate to lowering cortisol response.

eat lots of fibre and green leafy vegies. these will help keep your system clear of interference. get 4 whole REM cycles (8 hours of sleep for most of us)

there are things you can do.

    nice work chelle!

  • Great vid, thanks a lot!!!

  • Your two part video explaining Cortisol interaction is great, just found your channel, very helpful. Thanks

  • Well aren't you a wonderful lady ;) You seem very genuine & kind and also extremely beautiful. Thank you for the information because my belly fat is not big, but there is a little bit around there i would like to get rid of :) I have heard much about this before but you explain it in much greater detail but with the simplicity that everyone can understand 100%, so well done!

  • Hi Michelle!

I just found you....love all your vids!!!

Please add more, you are a pleasure to watch!

    xx, Denise :D

  • If reducing stress just isn't an option is there a product that actually works to help reduce cortisol levels?

  • Oooo, tough. Reducing stress must be an option. It can be as simple as a full minute of meditation, several times a day. Or scheduling time to yourself, even if it's only an hour a week. Try meditation-like music on an iPod, while you're doing normal stuff - something that sets up a relaxing environment AND releasing your mind from the mind-chatter and living in the moment, even briefly. Exercise helps, as long as you supplement and eat well. Find ways, carve out time, YOU'RE WORTH IT! :)

  • @kimover21361 Marijuana

  • Thanks for this video. All great ideas. :-)

  • Great video! Thanks!

  • Thanks for this video! It was very helpful.

  • You need to search for hidden internal stressors (i.e. hormonal imbalances, clogged liver, food sensitivities, pathogens, excessive oxidative stress, musosal barrier permeability, etc) via lab testing Many people have no idea that they have massive internal stress that drains their adrenals (among other things) every single day. Locating and removing these stressors helps restore function to the body and assists in cortisol regulation.

  • Thank you for this explanation on cortisol (also part I, of course). It's definitely helpful to have some concepts about bodily processes in order to optimize weight loss and muscle gain. But the problem is the diversity of information, so to say... there are so many different opinions and contradicting information on the internet that it's often hard to tell right from wrong. Especially when it comes to muscle gain and loss (e.g. debates about whether cardio can lead to loss of muscle tissue).

  • high fat, high protein works for me, i fall asleep when i have complex carbs
