TCase is 67.9 degrees. Tjmax is all guesswork, some say 70s is safe, over 80 you lower lifespand and 100 is forced shutdown.
Specs list max safe temp TCase as 67.9 degrees. lower vcore and adjust other voltages, better case cooling, or lower ambient temperature. if all else fails check processor batch or swap mobos
Install went great! Superb mounting system. I did have to cut the housing on the side case fan to get the side panel on the Antec 1200 to close. Mounted on Asus P6t Deluxe motherboard. The fan housing still slightly touches the top of the fins on the Noctua D14. Don't think enough to cause any real force. My i7 920 CPU idles at 28 Celsius averaging the four cores with no overclock. Extremely happy! Can't wait to begin overclocking up to, maybe 3.9. For use with Flight Simulator X. Later.....
Great video! Did the Antec 1200 side panel fit with the side fan, or did you have to remove or mod the case? I'll be installing the Noctua D14 with the same setup. Thanks.
