Sounds out of tune, though it's a little hard to tell with her voice going over it. Check the low E with a piano, if that's off, then the rest of them are. Also, the way you hold your guitar is a little... strange. It's angled towards you instead of resting on your thigh. It makes the notes "trail off" into flatness. They initially sound strong, but then resonating through the guitar in the way you angle it makes them hollow out. Other than those small things, great work!
