@1997karatekid I usually just put a guy in 2nd chance and toss something at him. I die from 2nd chance users like once every 30 games who knows. It Is kinda annoying when they do kill you though. A lot has to do with your internet connection, ISP,and or router, how good it is. I've killed 2nd chance users and as they fall, they've been shot before fully landing on their back. That's what should happen providing you keep shooting a bullet or 2 and have no lag.Not a big deal,a useless perk.

@Arleran If you'd go back to MW2, you'd see how different it is. In Last Stand Pro, you can use any pistols with any attachments, and the Akimbo Rafficas, the most abused, as shooting once with both of them will kill anybody in a second. You can shoot on the way down, knife on the way down, and use equipment, grenades, and special grenades. Special nades' allow you to suicide right after surviving to completely deny a kill without a teammate's help.
@Arleran In Black Ops, you get not only crappy pistols, but Dual-Wield is removed, and Full Auto CZ75s become a plain M1911. You can not shoot on the way down, nor knife. You can not use anything but the gun you are given, so you can not suicide to deny a kill. Also, Final Stand. You can use your Primary and everything else when downed, and actually recover health, and eventually stand up and not have to get a teammate to revive you. Oh, and it's a reward for dying. How's that for sucky?

@cug4th In addition, you really have to suck at the game if you actually get killed by a guy in second chance if you know he was there/were aware of him. It's particularly your fault if you die against the guy in most situations.
I personally find the revive function to be broken in certain modes as well, but seriously, it's a lot better than Last Stand Pro. Ahead of time: I don't even use the perk because I find another perk is better used over it, and it sucks.

In MW2, Last Stand allowed you to shoot on the way down, and gave you a lot of broken weapons to use to kill you if you are put into it, and you can suicide to deny the person who downed you a kill. It's almost not your fault if you die to a Last Stand guy in MW2.

To be specific... Last Stand in MW2 allowed you to use any pistol with any attachment or attachments. The pistols in that game were more than viable options in CQB, they were great ones. You can shoot on the way down. Not too hard to get killed by a Last Stand guy. If you turn your sights for one moment, you'd probably die.
@gaminggenius531 You can use the Raffica, which is technically a Machine Pistol, and all the other pistols. That's it, but they are still good for CQB, which means you'd be getting a lot of kills from Last Stand in comparison to the guns from BLOPS. In BLack Ops... I can't see them as a decent long range, mid-range, or short range weapon at all. It's annoying in HC, but in Core, it's a bad choice of perk. Annoying to others, but not as beneficial to you as in MW2.
@JD45BP7 It's probably your fault if you die against a guy in Second Chance, and you see him, it's usually your fault, since it's extremely hard to get a kill in it with all the nerfs on gun choice, no ability to shoot on the way down, and less frustrating since in the case you do get killed, since Treyarch made the person who downed him get the kill.

@cug4th I still don't understand why people hate Second Chance. It's only a minor annoyance in this game now. If you've ever tried using it, you'd notice how hard it is to get a kill with it. The only place where this is really a problem is Hardcore and S&D, yet everyone seems to hate it in whatever mode it's in. You can't shoot on the way down, and if you get killed by the person you downed, you receive the kill you got regardless of who kills him afterward.

@Arleran I guess nowadays, people encourage short replies like "lol" instead of trying to discuss something.
tl;dr: SC Pro <<<<<<<<< Last Stand Pro, for reasons stated previously. Second Chance got nerfed the fuck out of, it's a horrible perk now. Outside of Hardcore and S&D, it's only a very minor annoyance. Maybe try using the perk you so hate, you'll see what I mean. (Outside of HC and S&D)
Is that too long for you? Also, making it clear... Seriousness in posts don't always mean anger.

@Arleran If you'd go back to MW2, you'd see how different it is. In Last Stand Pro, you can use any pistols with any attachments, and the Akimbo Rafficas, the most abused, as shooting once with both of them will kill anybody in a second. You can shoot on the way down, knife on the way down, and use equipment, grenades, and special grenades. Special nades' allow you to suicide right after surviving to completely deny a kill without a teammate's help.

@Arleran In Black Ops, you get not only crappy pistols, but Dual-Wield is removed, and Full Auto CZ75s become a plain M1911. You can not shoot on the way down, nor knife. You can not use anything but the gun you are given, so you can not suicide to deny a kill. Also, Final Stand. You can use your Primary and everything else when downed, and actually recover health, and eventually stand up and not have to get a teammate to revive you. Oh, and it's a reward for dying. How's that for sucky?

@cug4th In addition, you really have to suck at the game if you actually get killed by a guy in second chance if you know he was there/were aware of him. It's particularly your fault if you die against the guy in most situations.
I personally find the revive function to be broken in certain modes as well, but seriously, it's a lot better than Last Stand Pro. Ahead of time: I don't even use the perk because I find another perk is better used over it, and it sucks.

@JD45BP7 Agreed. I must be the only one here who agrees with him.
In MW2, Last Stand allowed you to shoot on the way down, and gave you a lot of broken weapons to use to kill you if you are put into it, and you can suicide to deny the person who downed you a kill. It's almost not your fault if you die to a Last Stand guy in MW2.

To be specific... Last Stand in MW2 allowed you to use any pistol with any attachment or attachments. The pistols in that game were more than viable options in CQB, they were great ones. You can shoot on the way down. Not too hard to get killed by a Last Stand guy. If you turn your sights for one moment, you'd probably die.

@gaminggenius531 You can use the Raffica, which is technically a Machine Pistol, and all the other pistols. That's it, but they are still good for CQB, which means you'd be getting a lot of kills from Last Stand in comparison to the guns from BLOPS. In BLack Ops... I can't see them as a decent long range, mid-range, or short range weapon at all. It's annoying in HC, but in Core, it's a bad choice of perk. Annoying to others, but not as beneficial to you as in MW2.

@JD45BP7 It's probably your fault if you die against a guy in Second Chance, and you see him, it's usually your fault, since it's extremely hard to get a kill in it with all the nerfs on gun choice, no ability to shoot on the way down, and less frustrating since in the case you do get killed, since Treyarch made the person who downed him get the kill.
