Sean, my musical collaborator in recording this song, brought a lot of those influences to bare in the backing vocals. I like the part where Micke conjures up violet flowers. Flower power era pop/rock has always been a facet of the music and lyrics...you know, that Crosstown Traffic era of lyricism...Pete
