I believe the "zoo" belonged to the hotel originally, and was "Gatorland Zoo" initially.

Now it's a foreign mom and pop who owns the hotel, and the park gator. Rumor has it, hotels tried to have a jumbo gator competition.. to where I think about 3 hotels participated, this one being the 2nd biggest.

Lol, u like a master thief? You sneak into these places and are never caught lol, i was caught a few times by guards, but i was never arrested, you are lucky u are never caught :-P
