These toilets aren't worth the excrement you deposit in them. If yours has a motor it will break within two months and when you try to get help from them, they simply won't answer the phone. They will blame you for any problem and in doing so not respect the warranty. They are like an insurance company. Doing anything unethical just to not pay. DON'T BUY!!!!!
DO NOT BUY THE BIOLET 60xl does not compost as advertised, with 4 users in 24hrs, you will have to empty raw fecal matter (which carries diseases) from humas tray weekly before it overflows into room, not to mention the fecal matter odor from unit and units vent which is present indoor and outdoor on the ground......IMaGine one of these inhumane stinkers in a public sector workplace.....WE SUFFER EVERY DAY!
