@Piln for me they started with sit on kayaks and took u through the basics and then about half a year in u get ur first taste on white water and you sound like ur over reacting from my point of view.... saying that i have only paddled 8-10 cumecs in CIWW in cardiff so i would not know anything about paddliing BIG water
@chwparker I've be White water kayaking for about a year now and just to say there is nothing to worry about. The worst thing that's gunna happen is u bail out. Dont be worried I'm addicted :)
