Why do I oppose gay marriage? 2 reasons.

1-If gays were smart enough to walk away forever from crazy bitches, then they should KNOW BETTER.

And 2- Marriage is defined as the union of a man and a woman. You go around changing the definition of things, where does it end?! Nothing will make sense anymore!

@ahavnes Fascism refers to authoritarian government intervention & control over all aspects of life, including moral (such as the defining of marriage for all). It can rightly be said that socialism is an example of a fascist state. The right, if anything, are far closer to anarchists than are the statists & liberal fascists who want government to decide & impose the meaning of marriage and outlaw moral dissent. In The Bible, it was allowed (even endorsed) as one man and at least TWO females (please note the lack of emphasis on adults).

In any case, since when does Christianity dictate law in a secular nation?

Any version of marriage you can find historically (monogamous or polygamous) is always heterosexual & centred around multiple women bearing children for a man in a small population. The procreative principle was always understood.

I can find evidence in the Bible and in the Talmud that marriage could be undertaken through the rape of a virgin so that only the man's consent is required. The principle of this kind of marriage has nothing to do with reproduction. It simply amounts to "you break it; you bought it."
