It is a funny video, especially if you've seen how heated some arguments get here in China. However, I'm afraid it is a set up, the only way for that car to be able to move that truck is if the truck was deliberately set to neutral with no parking brake set, which is incredibly unlikely while you are towing a car. Funny video though.
