  • you need to wear shorts if u r doing gym comps because the judges need to see if u have straight legs and when you do your bridge you have to push more so you have a perfect bridge

  • @number9711 Make sure you are breathing. Many people make this mistake when doing a bridge. You are upside down, so the blood is rushing to your head, but that combined with not breathing will really make you feel awkward.

  • @emalm88 Actually, you are thinking of a back-bend to bridge which is starting in a standing position and falling backwards into a bridge. She did a push-up to bridge, i.e. starting from the floor and pushing up into a bridge.

  • well you see a back handspring doesnt really involve doing a back walkover beacause your back isnt supposed to be arched doing bhs cause if you archit it will be called inder cutting and thats not preety

  • When doing a BHS your basiclly jumping backwards doing half a backflip landing on your hands and following throuugh. A back walkover, you are leaning back and arching your back doing a bridge, and then following through by finishing the rotation. Correct me if I am wrong people =)

  • in a bank walk over is your feet arn't together when you flip over in a bhs ur feet are together

  • okay so i can do the the back handspring and a tuck but i cant do a back walkover or even a backbend to save my life!

  • u need a lot of lower bakk flex do a lot of bridge trying to bring your hands n feet kloser everytime,start with bakk bends n go lower little by little do a lot of reps to avoid injure n get the best at the end when u really push harder when bridging it will take time n perseverance,a good bridge is that your arms r in a full vertikal position,than try to push one leg up u kan start from a step or to till u do it from the ground itself,good lukk

  • they bend kause your bakk n shoulders r not flexible,do a lot of bakk bends against the wall trying to go lower to the ground gradually tiull u touch the floor.

    it took me 1 year n a half to do the bakk kikk over so it may take u less,but it definitely takes time,do not rush it will lead to an injured,make sure u warm up a lot before going a little harder on it.
