My Face probably does show purple as I am disfigured by Rosacea, all I can do is try to be normal and live a life expected of God. The Teeter is a Great product and have had it now for years. I just recovered from Broncitus and coughed so hard I pulled cartlidge away from my ribs and have totally thrown my back and neck out. now better, the teeter has fixed me all up.

ATTENTION: the best time to do "inversion" is in the morning before the breakfast !!!!

This way your "blood is light" meaning that when you go upside down, your head does not "explode" from blood pressure.

I always do it in the morning for 6-7 years already. Never had a back problem all these years.

Hands down to those people who invented "inversion table": such a life saver...

@blkgnuz2007 Sorry I am taking so long to respond, the Camera is a small compact Canon 12 megapixle S780. it has HD mode, really nice in the pocket camera. I also bought a Pro Canon and I find myself using the little guy alot more.....
