@pathedly not necessarily. I see subtle differences in use of eyeshadow/eyeliner (bottom/top etc.)/eyelash length.

korean's generally only wear a little makeup so the differences between these tutorials will also be little.

Do you have a problem with smudging eyeliners or causes irritation to the eye that makes you blink involuntarily? For many years, I'd sought to address this problem. From European to Korean to Japanese brands, I've tried almost everything to no avail. Recently, I bought a S$75 liquid eyeliner. Despite its thickness in rich noir, it feels light on the lids & doesn't smudge! It hails from Satishe.I've been a Satishe convert ever since. The mascara base holds well too. I no longer apply mascara. =)
