The letter was from Ridge to Caroline. And Brooke gave Caroline the letter. Carilone read the letter & still married Thorne knowing how Ridge felt about her!

Not that I like that fact about Brooke hiding the letter. But wouldn't most of us have done the same? We all want the one we love and we all make mistakes. Brooke made her share, but all characters on this show made mistakes.

Caroline married Thorne, she choose to do so herself, no one forced her. I guess Caroline started the keeping it all in the family tradition!

@roberson09 --- I am not sure how long Brooke kept the letter from Ridge to Caroline. There is an episode where Brooke does give the letter to Caroline and I'm not sure but I think Caroline asks her how long she had it. Brooke gave the letter to her but it was not until the morning of her marriage to Thorne so Caroline felt obligated to go through with the marriage.

I think calling Caroline a slut is rather harsh, let's not stoop to the level of the Caroline lovers. Instead, let's look at the reality: The actress chose to leave the show, the greatest supercouple of all time is BRIDGE, I know the CRIDGE and TRUDGE lovers hate to hear that but when magazines talk about the Bold and the Beautiful the ONLY super couple named is Brooke and Ridge, so at some point just ignore the haters, Brooke is still there and Caroline is dead and Taywhore is not a factor.
