  • Honestly, when I listen to the lady on the video, this silly Brit makes me think she lost her IQ the day she was born. And yes, if you were my co0worker, Id' give no flying thing about you.

  • Honestly, when I listen to the lady on the video, this silly Brit makes me think she lost her IQ the day she was born. And yes, if you were my co0worker, Id' give no flying thing about you.

  • Author of the video as a real faggot. Lady, he said "I showed up to work." It is just an expression. You woman is so stupid with your comments, that I'd be ashamed to put out video. Hope you have a college degree, at least. )))

  • This guy needs to be raped by a lesbian with a strap on.

  • I bet he watches lesbian porn

  • So many Christians are against homosexuality because Jesus supposedly "hates" gays. Even though he loves all people:) i am not Christian but even ik this.. and your god might "hate" them... but theirs dosent.

  • OMG - is the American media that homophobic?? i thought they were a civilised western culture...

  • I'm sure she was talking about all the several positions she does with her woman... I think not.

  • I love your accent

  • Christians are not bigoted idiots for saying homosexuality is wrong, because it's defined as a sin.

I sin a lot too, everyday I'm sure...

I have 2 thoughts on people who say Christians shove their beliefs in others faces.

    1. I would be an asshole if I didn't inform people that they should be concerned with eternity..

    2. Maybe it seems like that Christian is pushing his beliefs.. Or maybe he's just saying something totally contrary to the other 500 people you've concerned yourself with today..

  • @koehnb79

Yes, but where does the proselytising end? Why can you not see that not everyone is interested in "eternity"? When you try and convince someone of something, again and again and just wont desist you are "shoving your beliefs in their face". There is also the fact that many of us see your beliefs as being utterly fatuous.

  • Wow, what an ass!

  • this guy is a DOUCHEBAG.

  • I like how you handle these topics bewarethelizards42. Keep up the good work!

  • He went to the chapel to pray about it? During the work day?

I suspect this guy has been a problem before, this incident was just the final straw. Yay Brookstone.

He was fired for his beliefs? Well beliefs have consequences. If your beliefs make you an ass then you get fired for being an ass, due to your beliefs.

He spoke to her while trying to speak the truth in love. The fox reporter should have asked him to tell us what the truth is, and how he knows it.

  • This guy deserved to be fired. I can't stand "Christians" who shove beliefs down people's throats. This guy unfortunately won't change either, I am still seeing videos of him complaining about this. He obviously hasn't learned that he needs to keep his mouth shut.

  • how many times does the guy say "homosexual"? Maybe he's a closet gay struggling with his own sexuality, using his faith to not deal with HIS sexuality issues...

  • Of course if a straight person were to mention their fiance 4 times in a day to a coworker, people wouldn't be making some huge deal and saying the person was repeatedly mentioning it. A fiance tends tends to be a big part of a person's life (which probably why they are that person's fiance, duh). It's not surprising or a big deal that they would mention them 4 times in one day to a coworker.

  • I'm gay. And I don't think he should've been fired for just saying, quote "it is bad stuff" I find that hardly disparaging. He should've just been politely reminded to keep personal opinions to himself. There is definite bias here. The punishment seems unreasonably harsh. His referral of her fiance as 'so called fiance' reeked of intolerance and claiming that just her mentioning her fiance was quote "homosexual behavior" was ludicrous and 'Shirley-Phelps Roper'esque, I agree...

  • omg, a fox reporter that is arguably unbiased.

  • @geof620

I know right? That shocked me too. I thought he'd totally be taking the guy's side and egging him on.

  • because he is a christian, and prolly has a preist that touches little boys, he needs to go to the vatican and talk about homos to the church first. just because this guy has a problem with fags. and lesbians.

  • So...

What you're saying, Bee, is that men and women should NEVER,

EVER be united as one ever again? That men and women should

never live as peers of equal benefit, complementary of one another?

    NEVER?

    --The Final Justice

  • that man is such a cunt, love your vids

  • You tell em girl!

I absolutely love your opinions--and your accent. <3

  • I forgot to put a question mark after this sentence:

"...BUT it's not ok to speak your mind if you're being bothered with something you don't want to hear (especially at work)???"

  • (Part 2/2)

... her husband and how much they enjoy going to church together. She goes on and on about it and at some point you say: "I don't believe in any of that stuff, leave me alone with it." How would you feel if he got fired for that? What happened to freedom of speech? Again, this guy is a douche but he has the right to be a douche about this subject. For the record: I don't agree with this guy the least bit.

  • (Part 1/2)

I understand this guy gets a lot of hate. He's clearly a douche, a major super-douche BUT it's not ok to speak your mind if you're being bothered with something you don't want to hear (especially at work). The idea of getting fired over that is completely unacceptable. He should have the right to say "hey, listen .. leave me alone with this". Let's do a little thought experiment: Let's assume you're an atheist and this co-worker is talking about ...

  • 5:12 Woa, I'd suspect you could stop a charging rhino with that look.

There are times when I need to facepalm because of what happens in my country. Then again, it is Fox News.

  • if you just shut the fuck up about that XD

  • According to this guy, working with an atheist would be an affront to his beliefs.

He was probably just jealous she was getting more pussy than him, assuming of course, that he isn't another raging Christian closet-case.

  • Okay, when I clicked on this video I was willing to give some benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he was faced with hour-long graphic descriptions of hardcore scissoring, perhaps with props and diagrams. But of course, that's not what really happened, not anywhere close. In fact, I get the feeling some patriarchal Christian dood like him wouldn't mind listening to a 4-part lecture on such things, but love and marriage and stuff?! Sick!

  • fair points in the video.. bit of a annoying rant at the same time :(, but you did say you was pissed off lol

  • I know, I know.. I was in a bad mood.. ;)

  • Also...Fox news being fair and balance, lol

  • Omg! She talks about the woman she loves =O Scandal! So what if i mention my wife a lot at work, its ok for me since im male!

*typing makes for sarcasm fail =/*

  • the homosexual lifestyle mentioned homosexually in a homosexual homosexual homosexual....homosexual. obviously.

  • it's against Jesus' spirit to take someone to court:

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also." Mat 5:38

    ...

  • No keep your homosexuality to your d a m n self. You baby killing homo loving bible banning liberals are destroying our country with the gay agenda of butt sex and muff diving is normal,Its not its a sin in our christian majority nation,

Even obama isnt for fags getting married.

  • 0/10 ...goodness, what's wrong with trolls these days? at least show some effort.

  • Im a christian troll,a subspecies of the traditional troll.

  • that's no excuse to just flop about listlessly.

  • Tabby5000, haven't we talked before about the danger of you not taking your meds? Meltdowns like this are the result.

  • @ those defending this man there is something you are not picking up on.

The work place is not highschool where bullies are allowed to make life hell for other people, just for the fun of it.

You can believe what you like but when you take it upon yourself to turn the work place into a hostile environment for other workers, just to express your personal bigotry, the employer has a right to remove the disruptive worker. Your shit exposes the company to lawsuits.

It's not about gay or xian.

  • @macnutz

True. It just happens to involve a gay/xtian clash this particular time.

Yes, he was the shit disturber in this case. If he can't stop trying to smack people down, he can look for another job.

    Good vid!

  • In deed, I just wanted to point out that the specifics, whether it's race, sex, politics, or religion don't matter. You can't use that shit to turn the work place into hostile hell hole to suit your personal beliefs and prejudices. That sort of thing does huge damage in schools but it can't be tolerated in the work place.

  • The religious right are all pathetic, they continue to play the victum card even though they are the ones who continue to hate and bash groups of people.

  • @BakersfieldGamer4u to many cry babies in this world. He shouldn't have been fired for stating his opinion. He didnt say anything in front of customers or other co-workers. I hope this woman loses her job over something as stupid. It is very sad when you can get fired for stating your opinion. She was offended by his beliefs as he was by hers. If they fired him they should have fired her as well.

  • Good stuff, losing his job was the least that could happen to a dick like him. Good to see these people finally getting punished for their bigotry. I wonder how long it will be until they learn what they're doing wrong. Quite a while methinks.

You by the way, are brilliant :) you make me think of an angrier, female Pat Condell. You have gained a subscriber :)

  • I aint no American! :D

  • well, anyway, it's the right to voice opinions. Anyhow, gays and Christians should get along with each other. Personally, I am emotionally detached from this incident. I don't want to belong to any "group" of people. I treasure individuals like you.

  • @Voodoofreak35 He has the right to voice his opinion. However, freedom of speech is severely limited at work. Look up "sexual harassment laws." Furthermore, he was not arrested, just fired. In many states, employers have the right to fire anyone at any time for any reason. She chould have been fired if she mentioned her disapproval of his lifestyle of having sex with women.

  • @Ripley747 If you were fired for being gay, how would you like that? I am not talking about rights and all that constitutional bullshit here. I am saying how would you feel?

This is more of a personal issue than a legal one.

  • @Voodoofreak35 It would be more like how would I feel if I got fired for mentioning to a heterosexual coworker that I thought heterosexuality was immoral and unethical. He didn't get fired because he was straight. He got fired because he was openly against homosexuality in the workplace. You're right though, it's not really a legal issue.

  • @Ripley747 Dude, u r missing the fucking point here. Whatever he did, he said what he wanted to say about another person's sexual orientation. But firing somebody for saying that lesbians are immoral? That's like getting fired for telling u that smoking is bad for ur fucking health. I don't care about his Christian morals and the woman lesbian lifestyle one way or another. IT'S ABOUT FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

  • @Voodoofreak35 I see your point (at least I think I do). You're saying people have the right to free speech. They shouldn't live in fear for saying something that might get them fired. Did I miss your point?

  • I'm saying there are limits at work (There are limits off the clock-you can't legally talk someone into killing themselves, for ex). Telling a manager she shouldn't marry another woman would be as bad as telling coworkers your boss is a dick...in front of him. They can say it legally, but it might get them fired. That's all I'm saying.

  • @Voodoofreak35

Like Ripley already pointed out, freedom of speech is limited when you are at work if you want to keep your job. Sure, you can legally say those things, but you can also get fired for them (legally as well). You can't go up to your coworkers and call them ass holes without expecting the possibility of being fired b/c you have a legal right to free speech. That right does not protect you from being fired for saying certain things at work.

  • @Ripley747 They should have probably just sat down and talked about it anyway.

  • @Voodoofreak35 A better thing to do would be to go to HER boss and explain to him/her that her talking about her fiance in front of him makes him feel uncomfortable. Then he should have let HER boss talk to her. It would be careeracide to tell her directly. She shouldn't have to waste time explaining her lifestyle to anyone and, frankly, it's none of his business.

  • @Voodoofreak35 Then you belong to the group that doesn't like belonging to a group...

  • you're cute !!!!

  • @Voodoofreak35 - I agree. We need to be tolerant of EVERYBODY whether they be gay or Conservative Christian. And all of us have the right of free speech. However, please watch your language as your tone might put people off from what you have to say...

  • @Voodoofreak35

What about the freedom to fire an employee who is discriminating against another employee?

The bigot was a homophobic asshole who should have kept his mouth shut and not confronted the woman directly. He should have asked someone higher up to ask her not to mention her homosexual lifestyle at work.

Employment is not a democracy if you cause conflict by discrimination you get fired.

  • @Voodoofreak35 Freedom of speech doesn't protect workplace harassment.

  • @Voodoofreak35 You're confused. This wasn't "in public." And the man's Constitutional rights weren't violated. Was he put in jail for expressing his opinion? No. The government has no right to restrict his speech, but his employer does have the right to fire him if he makes bigoted, inappropriate comments to a co-worker about her sex life.

  • He should never have been fired.

I've always been of queer rights, of same sex marriage, etal- but- I can't support the firing of people for contrarian views. Unless he was her BOSS & he used that imbalance of power to harass her I think it was wrong for him to be fired.

This kind of story goes a long way towards hurting the cause of marriage equality in the States. It helps keep fuel passions among those fear a "gay agenda."

    Bad stuff, this.

  • sorry, I left out the word "supporter" in the first part of the 2nd sentence.

  • I am the kinda guy who enjoys watching George Carlin mocking Christianity during his stand-up routine. But SERIOUS DOESN'T ANYONE THINK IT'S BIT UNFAIR FOR THIS POOR CHRISTIAN DUDE TO GET FIRED FOR HAVING HIS OPINIONS ON GAY PEOPLE?

  • I agree with you, Vooddoo - that was the point of my post.

What if it was - say- Texas instead of MA- and the WOMAN was fired for mentioning her gay relationship - it that case should anti-gay equality people rejoice? Don't think so. One should fight to protect the rights of people to disagree, even if they are asses.

Also, making fun of and picking apart the fallacies of this guys argument AFTER HE'S BEEN FIRED is a bit heartless, whether one has a cold or not.

  • Not heartless :D

It has nothing to do with his 'Christian' beliefs. At no point did I criticise them. He worked for a company with a zero tolerance policy on homophobia, sexism, etc. By taking matters into his own hands (and not going through HR for example) he immediately created a hostile work environment and was in breach of his contract.

I am absolutely for freedom of opinion and belief, but there are rules to abide by at work if you want to keep your job. He didnt.

  • yikes, this sounds like a spokesperson afraid of a law suit :)

    my point:

a story with a conflict - one person is the big loser (fired) - the other person not fired.

Which does one feel sorry for?

Is it appropriate to rejoice at the misfortunes of the loser because one feels their opinions suck? He said "bad stuff". HARDLY creating a hostile work envirnonment. c'mon.

I support gay marriage. I think the woman was a DICK 4 snitching & I think this hurts the gay marriage cause in the States

  • Well, I guess we can agree to disagree on this one :D

Essentially, if the woman had been going on about her opposite sex partner, none of this would have happened. The fact she was a lesbian changed the situation (from his point of view) in a such a way that he acted inappropriately.

I believe that he actually termed her 'deviant' in the paperwork. He seems to be 'self editing' a little in that interview.. ;)

  • agree to disagree - deal.

His words were probably less temperate than he represented in his interviews.

thanks for the thought provoking video.

  • @ThisbeandPyramus I pretty much agree with what you had to say. BTL42 did a great job of pointing out that this guy is a raving bigot. We don't know if this is the full story, but if he truly only said "that's bad stuff," it's absurd to fire him. I'm not sure if the woman was bad for being a snitch, though. More like the boss for going overboard (even if the woman knew there was a good chance this would happen).

  • Ha ha ha ha. Makes me laugh, I mean cry. I mean get angry. "Jesus is love"! What a pathetic waste of space for a human being this man is. Maybe he should really spend some more time with Jesus in his church.... say, the rest of his life!

  • Good show.

Just the right level of profanity...lol

  • geez louise! You swear like a drunken sailor!

    I think I'm in love.

  • The issue is free speech, not whose a dick. The whole point of free speech is the right to say things whether or NOT someone else likes it. We have moved to the horrifying reality where now the test is you cannot say something if ANYONE who might hear it is offended, or else be fired etc. If that is the test, we're fucked. Anyone on Youtube knows that there is virtually nothing you can say that doesn't piss SOMEONE off.

  • free speech applies to the government punishing you for speech, nothing more.

An employer can fire you for anything, up to and including your hair color, so free speech is not the issue

  • I absolutely love you after this video. This entire refutation was pure gold.

  • I know i shouldn't laugh during a video of you ranting....but you just made my day! my sides hurt with laughter! *subscribe* but i hope you feel better now you've vented! *hug*

  • how of my fellow atheists got fired for lack of faith? I have!

  • Hope you feel better btw

  • Here is another video on it:

    /watch?v=bSSPQzSwnFM

  • Comment removed

  • You know, I'm not even gonna watch this. I just watched some reprehensible little toad named Lucious-something-or-other's response. After 10 minutes of this idiot I one starred his ass and am giving you 5.

For the record, if no one has yet to mention it, the guy's behavior was clearly what we in the US call a Title 7 violation referring to Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act from the 60s which was expanded in the 90s to cover sexual orientation.

  • As moronic and bigoted the guy is, I don't believe people should be fired for telling their mind. Even if their mind is full of steamy, smelly, corn laced, parasited, brown-green, bloodstained shit.

  • I have an idea, why not stfu about your perverted sex life, and STFU about commenting on it. What in the bloody world this topic have to do in a work environment? Imagine what would have happened if she said his heterosexuality was bad stuff. What? I didn't hear anything. Oh that's right isn't it?

  • @AfroSchmuck

It is not being biased when one side is clearly wrong. Can you not see that the christian guy is an asshole? Who by the way clearly has no command of the english language. I mean "bad stuff", not only is their relationship not bad stuff, its not even stuff, its a relationship.

The fact that he calls her fioncee "so called", and proclaims that she is "struggling" with homosexuality just serves to amplify the fact that he is a bigoted asshole

  • @automaticSOM i agree, if he truly wanted to talk about his religion or whatever, he would have said "jesus loves you, let me invite u to my church, u and ur fiance" or something like that. but saying bad stuff or whatever, total ass hole.

  • @AfroSchmuck

I don't agree with you about some things. I don't agree that she should stfu. I don't agree that it's a perverted life style.

But you have a point in that, were the situation reversed and a gay person was talking shit about heterosexuality, and the gay person was fired, all those people supporting this bullshit would be crying their asses off. People should not be chastized for speaking their minds.

  • Jeeze wat a dick head. If he didn't wana hear about it he shuda said to her he didn't wan2 hear about it or walked away he didn't have 2 stand there, listen then go and complain to the boss like a winey SOB. I personally and im certain the large popluation of the earth are happy with homo sexualaity to be going on if it makes people happy. However I do not wish to take part myself as I am straight but who cares aslong as people r happy its fine by me :D we need less of these idiots like that man

  • Typical Fox "News". Bigotry glorious bigotry. You should check out the "Fuck fox news" series by c0ctopusprime.

  • mmm, btl gives good pwnage.

  • I ended up watching this video due to Hayes' "Sexy Personified" video. While I don't share his level of enthusiasm and didn't find your second long contemptuous look orgasmic like he did, I did find it emotionally satisfying.

I'm subscribing to you in hopes of seeing more contemptuous looks. Please don't let me down.

    Thanks.

  • All he had to do was say "I don't want to hear about your personal life." Everything would have been fine and the cunt would have kept his job.

  • ...but this British bitch being the progressive that she is, didn't even see both sides of this problem. Britain went to hell in a hand basket, and looking at this... this thing makes me wonder not. She just put her jelly filled doughnuts down long enough to make this very biased video. Don't worry, eventually you will have your utopia of free love, but you'll found out that it will be anything but.

  • "Utopia of free love"? You certainly are presumptuous. If it's alright for the heterosexuals to natter on about their relationships then it's alright for the homosexuals to do so as well. If you want one then you'd better be willing to accept the other, otherwise you're nothing but a bigot. This isn't about religion or lifestyle choices, it's about equality.

  • He's a whiner. So was the co-worker who whined he "disapproved" of her lifestyle to management.

Co-workers can be annoying. They butt in like nosy-bodies sometimes. They give unwelcome opinions about who you're dating, about how your raise your kids, about how much you drink or don't, about what you eat for lunch, how much you exercise-or don't.

    Much. Ado. About. Nothing.

  • Well said.

  • He was probably struggling with the fact that she wouldn't give him a toss in a million years. Also, why is he listening in on other people's conversations?

  • Brilliant video - you're a credit to Britain! :-)

Is that L7 at the end?

  • Yes to the L7!

  • it was good for me dear.

  • Hey BTL, dont know how much you know about the story, but turns out she didnt even work in the same branch as he did, she was just there visiting for like, a day or two. It wasn't like he even had to live with it every day, it was an incredibly temporary situation.

  • So far as I've seen, it seems a demonstration that Fox thinks uncorroborated testimonials are newsworthy.

In other news, legit news is bankrupt.

  • No, not really, it's just common courtesy. An unwritten rule. If some muslim person came into my work I wouldn't go on and on about how great pork or beef or some shit is. Like I said, I'm all for lesbians, lesbian porn, gay marriage. If you're just being a BLATANT ATTENTION WHORE then hopefully someone puts you in your place. As an atheist, I commend this guy.

  • no, you are an ass.

She wasnt being an attention whore, even by his own admission she only mentioned it 4 times, and only that she was getting married, being excited to get married is normal, and women especially tend to love to talk about it.

You dont even notice how he doesn't want to go into specifics on matters, which is a good sign even he knows he's in the wrong while trying to make it seem like he's the victim

  • again, if she'd been talking about her male fiance' he would have had no problems with it at all. He only has a problem with it because she was talking about a female fiance'. He's an ass with a double standard

  • @chaoszieg yeah, 4 times that day, all before he even takes a break!!!!!!! And you suck shit at reading comprehension obviously, like I said even if she was bragging about a straight wedding, its fucking annoying, NOBODY cares, and its not entirely work appropriate. "women especially tend to love to talk about it!" as if thats an excuse. I don't give a fuck if you have a vagina, shut your bitch mouth.

  • actually you suck shit at reading comprehension obviously because you fail to understand the point I was making.

You're obviously just an asshole and that's all there is to it, have fun.

  • oh, and not 4 times before he even gets to take a break, because, if you'd paid attention, not your strong suit it seems, he took at least a break long enough to go to church and pray about it before the 4th time.

  • he neither mentions a timeline, nor does he mention circumstances, or say that she was talking to him in the first place. She could have just shown up and announced she was getting married as people usually do, then other co-workers could have just asked her about it. I'm a guy and if I had a co-worker announce they were getting married I'd ask them about it.

He's just a prick who got what he deserved now wants to cry about it

  • for one final post, as you missed the point earlier, if you take a moment to look up the story his actual comments were to call her a deviant, and told another co-worker he hated homosexuals.

  • "Struggling with homosexual behavior?"

Does he no realize how absurd that sound if his chief complaint is she's boasting about her impending marriage?? Nicely done, bewarethelizards!

  • Why should he have been fired? Give him a promotion. I'm all for lesbians, but MY GOD why do you have to be an attention whore and announce to the world every 5 minutes you're a fucking dyke?

  • 4 times in 8 hours would be once every 2 hours, not five minutes, plus try going to the real world, when people are getting married they're happy and excited and talk about it. If she'd be straight he woulda thought it was cute and great. It's a stupid double-standard.

  • Who says this happened at the end of the shift? He says it happened during a break. YOU go into the real world, you get a break for every couple hours of work. EVEN if she was straight, and wouldnt shut the fuck up about her wedding, she should still get told off. This guy was a lot nicer about it than I would have been!

  • then you're an ass, congrats.

  • idontplayamusic

Give him a promotion? Thats says it all about your attitude. She is entitled to announce her relationship to the world just as much as a straight couple would be.

Go play with your imaginary friends.

  • The crowning downfall of Christianity in Western society is probably going to be the fact that this religion is the only thing standing between homosexuals and civil rights.

When homosexuals get their freedom, thankfully that should be the end of any credibility Christianity ever had.

  • I feel for the guy -- I really do. It's clear the poor man "struggled" every time the woman talked about. I mean, how can anyone expect him to stay in the closet with people actually bringing up the subject of homosexuality?

  • Comment removed

  • XD when I skip to 5:14 it's the two guys

  • he comes across as a self-loathing homophobe. I have no problem with christians it's idiots I can't deal with

  • Comment removed

  • of course hes struggling with the fact that other people are happy, they dont "know" GOD like he does...the fuckin asshole.

    fuck religion

  • Well, let me put it this way. It doesn't matter if someone is gay or straight, I find it depressing when other people talk about their love lives. But anyway, I hope that guy does file a lawsuit so he can get laughed at by the courts.

  • So-called? WTF? What an asshole!

  • btw, you don't sound sick, you sound mad, and sexy ^^

  • Everytime I listen to the "news" part I hear something else. This Fox news reporter misrepresents the story, twice in about 5 seconds.

    1. the guy wasnt fired for his faith.

    2. Even in the guy who was fired own words she wasnt "bombarding him" with conversation about her gay lifestyle, she just mentioned 3-4 times that she was getting married.

  • On the christfag's defense, I wouldn't want to listen to that bitch talk about her lover, or anyone talk about anything for that matter. You're also being totally hypocritical when you tell him to keep his big mouth shut. Maybe if the dyke would've kept her big mouth shut, none of this wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't be raging right now.

    Also, the game.

  • There is no suggestion that the woman in question said anything overtly sexual. Therefore the guy was being out of order in my opinion.

  • It doesn't have to be sexual to be annoying as fuck. Plus, as you can clearly see, this man is obviously a confused Christian operating on a different moral level than said woman. If I was Christian, I would feel uncomfortable discussing homosexuality at any extent, because that would be against my morals. In this case, your opinion doesn't apply. I am in no way in favor of this man reacting the way he did; However, I can clearly see why he would choose to react in such a fashion.

  • But just to let you know I subscribed to you because your other videos are fucking awesome :D

  • wonderful video, people like that piss me off

  • plain and simple, intolerant peices of shit should be treated like intolerant peices of shit.

  • I think there is a bit of a culture clash here. Let me try and explain. In the U.S. everyone has the right to say whatever incoherent bablings drizzle from their lips. As long as those drizzles emanate first from the Bible, and not that Jewy Bible, but the REAL Bible (I am being facetious and am, in fact, a Jew by blood). If your comments stem from a deep and profound love for another human being, but again NOT from the Bible, then you are denying others their religious freedoms.

  • Of course a 2,000 yr old guide to living in a patriarchal hierarchy in the middle of the desert where women are property is completely applicable to modern society. Our modern society where women discover penicillin and become doctors is sooo much worse than the society of the fertile crescent that we should abandon all the gains we've made and revert to a society more in tune with god's will. But of course not like the radical Muslims want to. That would just be crazy!!

  • "struggling with homosexual behavior" WHAT?! we are struggling? quite the opposite actually! I really would like to punch this guy..... But I suppose that wouldn't be "christian" of me....Oh wait-i'm not....

  • Ha, I love your reactions, they were exactly like mine! :) this guy is an absolute fool! And what channel is he on.....FOX NEWS! Right wing-conservative bastards... Of course they would have this idiot on their show.....Anyways, I like your vid, it was very entertaining-and I love your accent!! It's wicked cool...lol

  • yeeey, another brit, hows tricks?

    Hope you feel better soon

    Peace

  • Man, that guy was a smarmy bastard. People talk about their friends, partners, spouses, etc. That's what people do! I doubt she was talking about anything sexual; no, it was probably just mundane stuff. He should've kept his big mouth shut. I'll never understand why some people care so much about what goes on in other people's bedrooms.

  • "Speak the truth in love."

Err - how about love thy neighbour, or hate the sin not the sinner?

Gee - I think he is trying real hard to suppress something. He sure looks gay to me.

  • He's now a posterboy for Christian based morals, apparently. Like Carrie Prejean (however you spell it), he's doing well out of his intolerance..

    Bah.

  • Christine morals? Sounds like a oxymoron. Actually, I'd leave out the oxy part. :P

  • Get angry more often. You are fiery! Your fieriness is a wonder to behold.

I want to suggest something to everybody here - if after that programme on television, they showed your video as an end to the programme - how would it affect the general public? This just shows you an idea of how public media should and should not be used to affect people!

  • It's because I'm ill - my patience is extremely low.. ;)

  • This man has the right to express his beliefs same as anyone. He should not have lost his job for expressing his disdain any more than her for discussing it in the first place.

  • If he had simply said 'Aw please! Quite talking about your fiancee already, it's getting old!' there wouldnt have been a problem. Sadly, he called her a deviant and based his disgust on the Bible and nothing else.

And he didnt lose his job for that one comment. He lost it for the letter he wrote defending himself to HR which showed him to be a genuine homophobe. The company has a zero tolerance policy on that..

  • hmm, you may believe you are a leftist, but you constantly turn your head to the right and your eyes avert in that direction also. you could be a closet right wing conservative.JV

  • I have a little left and a little right - but it depends on the issue.. :D

  • I'd love to see you debate this clown in real time.

Let's see. You're cute, you're articulate, you're sensitive, caring, inclusive, on point, and you tore apart Peter Vadala with your counterpoints.

Peter Vadala, OTOH, is an ugly bigot (inside and outside), who attempts to obfuscate his hatred of others through a cloak of "christian love."

I do believe you would win over the audience, maybe even some of the Fox News watching drones.

    Good work!

  • Thank you! What a lovely comment.. :D

I would totally debate the guy.. *waits for phone to ring from Fox*

  • You're quite welcome. I think you would rock on TV. Cheers. :-)

  • I'd be terrible! You should see the 'cut' material.. it's just me swearing continually as I forget what I was trying to say.. ;)

  • Swearing? At Fox News and its blatant propaganda? Say it isn't so BTL42! ;-)

  • Lmao, that SunderB00t bigot made it on The Atheist Experience last Sunday!

    They were quite underwhelmed!

  • Blimey.. I shall have to check that out..

  • What's next, a member of the KKK complaining about how he was fired because he called his coworker a nigger so he was fired because he followed his religious convictions?

I'm so tired of these tools talking down to people and then complaining when they are on the receiving end.

Christianity was used to deny women their right to vote

Christianity was used to keep black people segregated

Now when Christians are on the shit end of the stick they just cry about how they're the victims.

    Fuck you

  • "What's next, a member of the KKK complaining about how he was fired because he called his coworker a nigger"

That analogy is a bit over the top, but isn't totally off. Of course after the guy would complain how his employer is tolerant of blacks, and gays, but intolerant towards KKK members, and their beliefs.
