Can you do negatives? Best way to push yourself a bit further another suggestion made to me was wait 3-5 minutes (do cardio or something) then go back and do it again. Gives some recovery time for your body.

this is actually a variation of a yoga move called a shoulder stand where you stand up on your shoulders with back straight and legs up. Don't know how this really helps abs though, think it would help back more
