  • Very hard exercise especially when performed on the incline with 0 hip motion. Will not only kill your abs but also triceps and upper chest and back. Can only do 3 until my form goes all to hell and i start moving my hips.

    Can you do negatives? Best way to push yourself a bit further another suggestion made to me was wait 3-5 minutes (do cardio or something) then go back and do it again. Gives some recovery time for your body.

  • Hot girl but this is not a dragonflag you she needs to go down alot more which is what makes the exercise hard. She needs to work on negatives right now as she doesn't have the strength to do a full rep.

  • this is actually a variation of a yoga move called a shoulder stand where you stand up on your shoulders with back straight and legs up. Don't know how this really helps abs though, think it would help back more

  • i can do 3 x 5, with pauses between each 5, but no mather how often i try, after this exercise i can't touch my abs for 3-5 days, cuase they hurt so much...
