Hey does your 300 have the same motor as 1995-1999 Maxima? Or are they completely different? My buddies Infiniti J30 I think has the 300 z motor in it.

The 300ZXs have the VG30DE and are the same "shortblock" as maxima, the heads and intake plenum are completely different, as for the J30 it is the same all around in fact the J30 motor has a little more power than the stock 300zx NA due to the engineering of the intake runners and the way that infiniti designed it to consume fuel and carry the extra weight of the vehicle. manufacturers will sometimes use the same components but they will vary in performance. check mine out @ mustangmac207.

I actually customized the stock Box and took out the unnecessary piping!

So no I did not get the polished intake hard pipes! I have a couple pics for the rough Idea but I am not done with it yet! got just a couple more things to do to make it nice and clean!

What did you add to it?

I had just aadded a jwt pop charger to mine and it sounds stock still, I can totally tell you have an intake.

Did you get the polished hardpipes too?
