  • TheAscendant feel free to message me so we can discuss the value of perfect form on a squat clean vs. getting people to move in what is their first Crossfit workout. You'll of course note that both Alex and Mo are moving 65#/95# efficiently with proper spinal alignment - which would be the only inhibitive factor. I'm sure you will also agree that one of the BEST ways to enhance wrist flexibility to get clients into the proper rack position is letting them do it. Thx - Mariah MacDonald, Owner
