I'm so sick of people actually thinking it's the weather that causes the accidents. If you never for a second think about letting of the gas some, even though the roads are freezing, you probably shouldn't be propelling a ton of metal down the road.

And then these kind of people think that flooring the breaks at distances not even possible during summer will actually work.

Driving licensing needs an overhaul - it's not a birthright.

there are bad drivers all over the world and what makes them bad drivers is the lack of Attention they give to the condition of the road ,traffic and every thing else you know just like the people on the interstates that slow down beside other traffic while passing and ride there for miles while traffic backs up behind them all the same problem that causes wrecks in the snow and most of the other traffic related problems
