Actually all belt straps have filler in them. That's what gives them they're shape. The real leather straps made by Dave millican and reggie parks use a tanned pliable piece of leather and then put on the leather shell. It's 100% leather all the way through but it still has filler. Get an old pants belt and cut it open and you'll see what I mean. Same concept just different uses

@Hibs4wwe well neither really. It's the "version 3", basically it's the belt in this vid (V2) but it was downsized and made smaller. It's been that was since late 2008

deluxe belts dont have carboard in it, it is real leather, but its factory made real leather, not hand tooled, thats why it isnt that flexible

I wish that was the case, I have 2 deluxe straps after replacing them with real leather straps from ajsbelts and both of the figures inc deluxes do have a real leather shell on the outside but unfortunately have strips of a cardboard/filler like material inside them (you can see them clearly in between the holes where the plates slide in)

the name plate is interchangeable. It has two screws on the back that u can screw on and off to change nameplates if you wish

curved it myself. Yeah i have no idea how people go about curving their ultra's, it would take a great force to do it haha

Get an adult belt and either use the shaving cream trick or get it releathered

well in my opinion, you would be better getting the adult and getting it "releathered" by a belt maker (costs about $170) depending on what belt you want go to A J S Belts (dot) com where u can order a belt (adult or deluxe) and they will re leather the belt at a discounted price when you order a new belt from them. Does the entire belt have cardboard in it?

all belts from mini to ultra deluxe all have cardboard like filling inside the strap. Thats why they are all so stiff
