I have this on PC but it runs at an unstable frame rate. Does anyone know how I can slow it down and keep it stable?

the only thing i dont like about the pc version is when you do the replay to watch the laps it doesn't do cool music after you cross the finish line like ooohhh that's gotta hurt OR taking your own sweet time OR do do do taught you how to drive di di di di do didi de do taught you how to drive. there is some more it does but cant remember how they go

:( i bought this game to my pc, but now i dont no how to intstall it. i did succeed to instal the sega touring car, but its grapichs are awry. the screen is just a big mess. Can you help me?

Is there a way to keep a constant framerate? Because the game keeps trying to hit 60 fps every few seconds. And it renders the game unplayable. If you know, please tell me. Though I could play it on Model 2 now that I have computers capable of it.

You would think that with the power the PC had over the Sega Saturn back then that PC version would look more like the arcade version, but it doesn't, it looks just like the Saturn version to me. Think I'll stick to playing the arcade version on the Model 2 emulator.

Hmmm weird, i have the pc version, not emulated or downloaded but official disc, and i dont have this problem, ive ran it through windows vista,xp and 2000 and it was all fine, even the sound was crisp. You sure it isnt the sound card or the options?

lol no the encoder i was using was making theses suddern bursts of info and it ended up me crashing a lot if i was playing on the Saturn it might be a different story
