my advise is DON'T GO BIG IF YOU DON"T HAVE VERY LITTLE PEICES! I can see that towards the end it was on the ground because you wasted all your pieces on the lift hill and the 2 inversons.
just thought i'd try to help: try to have really good/strong structure that is connected EVERYWHERE, no gaps. If you do that you can connect the track to the structure in as many places as possible which will stop the shaking.
btw, in the tutorials forum on sscoasters you can find that same info from coastercrazy10

try to make the lift hill straight-use gray rods instead of flexis- and if it looks wierd, shape it, dont leave it
