@cometin6968 - Now, as i was saying once you've verified your email address you goto the final page (Bioware Checkout) where it will then give you the option to buy Bioware Points in either 400, 560, 800 or 1600 with the prices for each listed. Just follow the directions step by step from there and you're set!

@cometin6968 Aha! I think I see the problem. IT's transferring you to the Bioware social network because you have to buy Bioware points first and then goto the main menu in DA and select "Downloadable Content", than you should see whatever DLC you can purchase. I think the Stone Prisoner is 720 points as I remember. Hope that helps!

Goto bioware.social.network (assuming you've setup an account there, if not, you have to create an account) Now, on the left side you'll see your pic, underneath it is the "What's new and Profile" and just under that is "Expand Your Game! Add Bioware Points", click on that white banner it will next ask you to verify your password, so click continue and it will take you to the next page which is where you want to be...

Shale is perfect for gimped characters. I have an archer who was awful at low levels and Shale was a great assist to him, specially at boss fights. Although now that I can do 800 dmg with one Slaying arrow Shale is of little use except in boss fights.

If you complete Shale's personal story then at the end of the game, if you talk to her before going to see the public, she says she's going to research a way to become a Dwarf again.

@ImTheBestSkater, check your journal and it says something about going to a certain place, I dont exactly remember where, but then you go there and talk to the merchant, he gives you a control rod and you're supposed to go to Honnleath afterwards (Should be unlocked after you get the control rod). Finding the merchant wont be marked on your map, you're supposed to find the spot he's in yourself by looking at where to go in your journal. I found it to be a hassle too, but worth it in the end.

Infact, I managed to get Shale early in the game as to experience her throughout the story and her remarks, especially in tense moments, are halarious.
