A 'Dub'-mix does not necessarily mean a remix in the Dub music genre. In the context of House and Electro music (and everything in between), a 'Dub'-mix is a version of a song with most of the vocals or all vocals left out. For example, Avicii's newly released song "Sweet Dreams" has a "Swede Dreams Mix" (original) and a "Swede Dub Mix". The latter is his original production, minus most of the vocals.
