I don't really know what I do with my throat. I just got to be able to do this by starting with a small amount of beer - maybe what is considered a normal swallow for most folks - and getting it down really fast. Then, once I could do that, I added a little volume, and a little more, and a little more, until I got to a whole beer. My mental state...hmmm, I must admit that I made several videos before I got a good one. The key to get it this fast is timing so it doesn't go down your front.

You are too kind, my friend. That was my best so far, and generally I do them a shade slower because it takes a lot of practice and a lot of warm-up to get the timing down that fast. All I can recommend is practice...try it with water, beer, soda (although as you hinted in your comment, highly carbonated soda is tougher). Anyway, thanks again and good luck. Cheers!!!

WOW!!! that was incredible i consider myself a pretty good chugger but im way better at volume chugs than the a standard 12 ounce.i just cant figure out how you do it one drink. i can do it in about 2 or three but not 1 drink. my personal best is 4 beers in 7 seconds. i have it on video but its on my buddies phone as soon as i get it i will post it. by the way this is my wifes account hence the foxymama name tag lol. if you have any advice i would be happy to be your chug apprentice lol.

I am just the opposite. I have not really mastered large quantities...I think my stomach is too small. All I can say is practice. Start with a half a beer and get it down quickly, then start adding ounce by ounce until you have a full 12 ounce beer. Best of luck.
