Wheatley is my fav character.

But taking it to the critic side...it's kinda hard to choose. Wheatley has a great character development and he is the most human character of the game, even being an AI. He starts as the funny british metal ball and then becomes a power mad and mentaly unstable vilain and at the end we all pity him.

As for GLaDOS, well her personality is very remarkable and knowing of her Caroline side also added more to it. She is the ironic, sadistic and cininc AI we all love
