How much water do you let the engine to "suck" into itself? I mean what is the proportion between volume of fuel and volume of water "sucked" by the engine. And does the combustion ratio decrease? Do you use water only for cooling? Water injection can increase power and fuel efficiency...

Water injection does not increase power or efficiency. Water injection is a bandaid for a broken arm. People use water injection to stave off predetonation.

@zapwatt Thanks for comment, but I cannot agree with you. There are solutions of using water as a fuel in this beautiful world. And there is always the same effect - steam condensating in the exhaust... Greets:)

Could you tell me the boat make as I think I purchased one like it off ebay and it has the Ford cortina MK2 engine. I thought it was a Delta. Hope you can help. Your boat sounds ace :)

this might be a stupid question but i just dont know a whole lot at all about these particular motors in these boats, but why is there so much water coming out of there?? is it just real cold out and its condensating that much??

as there is no radiator to cool the engine, water has to be sucked up to cool it by passing through the manifolds

No, its the cooling water for the engine that comes out the exhaust.

When the water has gone through the engine and cooled it, the water is then pushed out along the exhausts.

No this boat also came with a v6. But the v4 gives the same output as the v6 because it is a lighter engine.
