You didn't have to kill ALL the civilians. You actually saved that one woman then killed her. I guess everyone has their own style. I just take gameplay too realistically.

@RebirthBlue The first time I played this game I killed EVERYONE on sight including the cat and rats on the floor in some levels. The second time I literally felt bad and didn't kill any civilians.
