the question is, I can't make a management on how much hours I need to play 'cause I'm not able of making the same money every hour! poker is a game not a job.. u need too bee lucky or at least don't get unlucky

I'm wondering - when he says "you play 10 - 20 limit holdem and u make $20 an hour" - is he referring to 10 - 20 dollars small and big blinds or 10 - 20 cents?...

Because I make way more than the big blind per hour (in no limit holdem)

No he is referring to poker variance, winning and losing hands, up swings down swings, after an hour his average will be $20 dollars up, sounds low but if you have set sessions of 4 or 5 hours, you might win 500 but lose 350 of that in 5 hours so you made 100 dollars total 20 dollars an hour.
