OMG!!! I love Georgio Zancanaro's singing very much! And I'm happy that he's still singing perfectly! I have nothig about his 2000 's and thought he is retired from stage! All three sound wonderfully especially Shicoff and Zancanarro! Real Masters! Thanks for posting!

Nice post but the camera person seemed to favor her not showing Shicoff while he was singing at one point. she sounded very good and so did Zancanaro . For me voice is first and then acting. Neil had both here, he was 50 years old by then. I have a 1993 Luisa Miller complete, audio in Geneva he did and it was wonderful (with Esperian spl?) he later did it at the metropolitan opera.

Zancanaro has the voice but my what a wooden actor. I've always loved this trio. Elena is wonderful. Lord knows the prompter is really audible- Looks like a strange production. Thanks for these clips. I think though that his as about as heavy a Verdi part as she should do though- Violetta of course, Maybe Masnadieri, but much more could spell trouble.
