at least i know what im talking about; this video is showing you how to.. dont come on here and suggest programs that you DO NOT know ANYTHING about. - i've tested(haha) these programs for atleast 3 years[most of them] and havent had any sort of slowing down that you have mentioned.

which application? if any keeps crashing, id ctrl-alt-del and cancel any processes that are taking up too much memory-but being careful not to cancel any that are important.

one thing you could do is disk cleanup:

go to start, run, and type "cleanmgr.exe" and check and delete them all.

well there's big files somewhere.. try uninstalling un used programs and going through my documents and deleting files you dont want and then emptying the recycle bin

go to strart, my computer, c, progrmaes and check in there for programs you dont need. check documents too. if your using something like peergaurdian it can build up a history log and take up a lot of space on your c drive.
