I'm don't think it would. I don't think the iPhone/iPod resizes it but even if it does wouldn't it get more pixelated? That happens to me when I try to resize pictures normally at least

you know easy why to get all the demensions and whats need depinding on what theme type you make just download a theme thats regular if you want it easy to resize but just download it and then get some thing like ifun box and go to the theme folder and upload the theme to your computer then take it apart advice just use the sizes on paint then make it a blank page it draw on it also keep the names the same just make a new folder with the theme name and then the other folders keep the same name
