  • Maybe it was because Zebras were offended.

  • funny funny video!!!

  • I AGREE WITH THE FIRST GUY MOST REFS ARE JACKASSES

  • That was great. Why the bann?

  • @guns155mm Just because of the word "jackass" - lol

  • it was funny at first but really i believe thats a zebra NO SHIT!!

  • 93 zebras were offended....

  • @brendennitro 3 of their friend's heard you. Lol

  • people you get more hits on post by saying it's banned...

  • Who would this vid offend?

  • @TheFfffff3 Wow, what crawled up your a** and died?

  • How can it be both a banned ad and a Superbowl Ad? Not to mention the number of people who remember seeing it aired, leads me to think that either it wasn't banned or they all had magic TV's that see through the banning.

  • It's definitely not definately.

  • Quit hugging the trees!! Worry about your families!!!

  • Agreed- it wasn't banned- I saw it on tv back then.

  • Don't know where it was banned. I've seen it several times.

  • These magnificent horses were originally born and breed near the river Clyde in Scotland! They are so beautiful!

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak I had the pleasure of petting these gentle giants on more than one occasion, and saw the Lipizzaner Stallions Show live once. These are truly marvelous animals.

  • @ohannahdad,

    Hi,

Wonderful memories, they truly are amazing animals!! I really loved the commercials at

Christmas time that featured the Clydesdales, I miss them! They are gentle giants, perfect description! The Lipizzaners are gorgeous, I've never seen them in person, that must have been exciting! Happy Holidays!!

    Darkwolfhowlslak

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak I was not able to get up close and personal with the Lipizzaners as with the Clydesdales. The entire show was announced over a (p.a.) system. The announcer explained each maneuver that the horses were put through. They are highly intelligent, respond to applause, and are not disturbed bu camera flash. Thanks and you also have a Happy Holiday Season!!

  • @ohannahdad,

I have a beautiful Tobiano Paint horse that loves to dance in the rain, hence her name, Rain In Face. Horses are so much more intelligent than most people realize, and they

do love interaction with people. I'm glad you had the opportunity to see the Lipizanner Stallions perform dressage in person, what a thrill! Take care!

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak When I first started reading your comment and got to "loves to dance in the rain;....immediately "Dances With Rain" flashed through my mind. I like "Rain In Face" better though. It's original. What a great mental picture this creates when you think about it for just a few seconds. They are such beautiful animals, and you are right! They are far more intelligent than most people give them credit for. Thanx for sharing!! Peace..

  • @ohannahdad,

    Hi,

I'm of mixed ethnicity, Lakota Sioux, Black Hawk, Ute, French Canadian and Scottish. Chief Rain-in-the-Face, (lt'e Omagazu) from the Hunkpapa band within the Lakota Nation was the inspiration for the name I chose for my horse. He also is one of the few

horses I've owned that actually enjoyed playing in the rain, hence the name. I'm one of many people working toward the protection and safety of wild mustangs, and horses that are no longer wanted. They are in very serious cont..

  • danger all over the United States. I always love hearing from people who are as

passionate about horses as I am, thank you so much for caring! Thanks for the nice

comments about my horse's name also!

    Keep Smiling :)

    Darkwolfhowlslak

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak Did you hear that they are going to resume the inspection of horsemeat again?? This troubles me for a number of reasons. They tried to market this as a food source in this country years ago and it failed, so they stopped the inspection. There must be a foreign market planning on using it as a food source. Any thoughts??

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak I am having trouble getting anything to post. Keep getting an "error try again" message.

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak My background is a mix. It consists of English, Dutch and a "spattering" of Cree (which I am most proud of.) I usually tell people "I had ancestors that came over on the Mayflower; but more important......I had people that were here to greet them when the boat docked!! I've been having trouble posting comments. See if this one works.

  • @ohannahdad, I just posted a response to your question about horses, and Youtube won't

post it, which is ridiculous! I like the way you think, the Cree are beautiful people!!

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak You Tube is going through some changes (through somebody named Liz) They say it will be erratic for a couple of days. That's as much as I have been able to find out.

  • @ohannahdad Thanks for the information! Youtube won't allow most animal rights post, those that have a website to be posted, which is insane given the garbage they do allow

on this site. The US doesn't have a market for horse meat, but Japan, France and some

isolated Asia countries do! I think that say something about where pressure to sell horse meat may be coming from. The world should be eating much less meat, or none at all, but that's a personal choice. Hong Kong recently lifted on eating

  • 2) cats and dogs! We have enough trouble trying to prevent China from butchering

cats, dogs, and other animals for fur, which is being sold in the US! Laws protecting

animals are in serious jeopardy in the US due to financial cutbacks and politics, it's

    a terrible situation!

  • @Darkwolfhowlslak I saw a movie once called The Truman Show, with Jim Carry. This is what I feel that life is for those that refuse to see what terrible things are happening and how carefully it has been orchastrated up to this point. We no longer treat the land like it's sacred, animals with dignity, and each other with love & respect. Taking the animal that played a huge part in the history of this nation, and selling it as a human food source, feels disgusting to me!!

  • @ohannahdad Those animals played a huge part by being food. For the Native Americans and all who came after. Was there over-hunting in the 18th-19th centuries? Yes, for some species. Those are on the rise again though. If you put animals before people, well then, you're just plain crazy.

  • @smarterthan98 C'mon now dumberthan98. No one is putting animals before people. You are just looking for a big arguement here. There are food supplies available all over the world that easily could eliminate the need for people to eat horses. Native americans did NOT use horses for food unless it was life or death. Wild animals were their meat source. They depended on horses for hunting, travel and beasts of burden. If you disagree with me that's ok. Calling me crazy is immature, U don't know me

  • @ohannahdad I didn't call anyone in particular crazy, just the idea of worrying about things that don't matter. In our culture we don't eat crickets, dogs, horses.....that doesn't mean other cultures can't. I would never personally do it, but guess what, people in India revolt at the sight of a steak. Another thing, the Natives had NO HORSES until they were brought by Europeans. There were no beasts of burden in the America's. The llama was the closest thing. Dumberthan98 original!!

  • @smarterthan98 My mistake. When I read the words "your just plain crazy" and you were commenting to me, I assumed you meant.........me! I realize other cultures have food sources; some of which are not generally accepted by many of us. I worry about horses because I feel they do matter. How the Native Americans were introduced to horses was not part of my comment. I said they respected them, and would only use a horse for food in a survival circumstance. Hoses were seen as a gift from "Manitou!"

  • @smarterthan98 American taxpayers will absorb the cost of inspecting this meat, some export company will make $ shipping this meat, and the people in this country will benefit next to nothing. A few jobs, and thats about it. Meanwhile it could turn in to a massive slaughter of these animals that deserve more dignity and respect then dying in a slaughter house. There is nothing humane about the way animals die in slaughter houses.

  • @ohannahdad They weren't, they were a gift from the white man. I care about animals, I don't want them to suffer. However, I also understand that a slaughterhouse isn't supposed to be humane, that's where the rancher who put time and money into his herd, of whatever animals they own, kills them and sells their meat. If you're too squeamish I understand. I don't want horse for food ranches in the US. Reality is there are alot of starving people, and it isn't the rich that eat horse.

  • @smarterthan98 - Wow. Way to spout off about something you obviously don't know a thing about. Slaughter houses are indeed expected to be humane, and farmers and ranchers know that an animal that is kept comfortable, well-fed, and healthy during its growth, then slaughtered as painlessly and humanely as possible produces the best quality and makes them more money. As for horsemeat, it is primarily exported. People in the US rarely eat it.

  • @songbrook1 I know they are killed as painlessly as possible, but they are killed just the same. My point is a slaughterhouse isn't exactly a place where you are going to find people who object to raising livestock. Also that we may not like when people eat horses, but a lot of people don't like it when we eat cows or pigs. If horse is what a culture eats, let them eat horse.

  • @smarterthan98 Not sure I was trying to reply to your comment, as this system is a bit confusing. Sounds more like you and I agree that as long as the slaughter is humane, who are we to judge who eats what. I was going to slaughter houses as a kid. I remember the first time I went to one, I was, oh, maybe 6 years old. The people at the slaughter house weren't worried if I'd be upset at seeing animals die. They were worried that *I* would upset the animals. The lying H$U$ videos are fake.

  • @smarterthan98 @smarterthan98 I live in an area where there are so many deer, I can hear the hunters' shots during deer season. I almost hit one the other day, and the only reason I slowed down was because I knew there was no one behind me. When you pull over when you see a deer, chances are very good you're going to cause an accident. I don't advocate cruelty to animals in any way, shape or form, but I also will not endanger other people for the sake of an animal.

  • @tiladx I didn't say I slammed on my brakes and stopped in the middle of the road. I said I pull over, if possible. Did you not read my comments? Of course I don't put any human life at risk over an animal.

  • @smarterthan98 Native Americans believed (and maybe still do) that the white man was merely the method of delivery of the gift of the horse from the Great Spirit. Horses were used as a dowery when a young Native American wanted to marry. White men looked upon a horse thief as a low life; and would hang them in a heartbeat. Horses deserve better. If a marketeer could find a markeet for "bald eagle bisque" our National Bird would be on the endangered species in no time.

  • @ohannahdad I'm talking about livestock, not wild animals. I'm not against protecting animals, I just get irritated when people take it too far. I have many pets and pull over when I see a deer, I'm just a realist about things.

  • @smarterthan98 There is a fine line between livestock, wild animals and a food source. If you get irritated when people "take it too far', maybe other people get irritated when you don't take it far enough. Horses are special to many people. If you think slaughter houses (in general) are NOT supposed to be humane many people will be irritated by that. Man is the dominant species on earth. Our responsibility is to survive but not be cruel in thouhght and deed in doing so.

  • @smarterthan98 I have a dog. My only animal companion. He eats before I eat. He relies on me for everything because I brought him "under my wing of care." I am a hunter. I hunt deer because where I am there are so many that road kill is unbelievable. I am a one shot hunter. If the shot has doubt... I don't shoot. Everything I do with reguard to animals is done in a humane manner. You are wrong when you say that a slaughter house is not supposed to be humane. You should back off on that idea.

  • @ohannahdad Totally agreed. Well, about the part where Horses deserve better. Because they do.

  • @DragonballLuv3r I have been around horses enough to be comfortable with them. I definitely am not "horse whisperer." I do know they are intelligent animals beyond what many people think. They form attatchments to other horses and to people. They can be playful and are extremely loyal. Most of these traits seem like what we look for in human beings and frequently fail to find. I think horses deserve better than what these comments tell that they recieve. Peace!!

  • @ohannahdad Yeah. Me to, my aunt and unlce run a horse rescue. A few months ago, they rescued five horses that were left to die. I am very comfortable with horses. I used to crawl under mine in the pasture. But sadly, he was given away to a couple who's old horse died....:"( And all these people who are making rude comments, well. They probably havent seen the nice, loyal, playful, and trustful side to horses. If you want the address, I can give it to you. They have about thirty ther

  • Though I agree horses always deserve to be treated with utmost respect, I hope you know that it was banned just because of the word "jackass".

  • @wiseworld1 I wasn't aware that there was a ban placed on these commercials. I guess I thuught they were just for a special day (Super Bowl) and that was it. Whoever banned them because of the word jackass is............a jackass!!

  • haha i wish they put that on tv cuz yeah :)

  • Dedicated to all the jackasses that support the worst beer on the planet ! Now owned by a corporation in Belgium which will slowly shut down all U.S. plants once again removing industry from our country. Don't support this company go Micro.

  • @trustinstinct Sugar + bakers yeast = alcohol & water , alcohol & water + heat = steam , steam + condenser coil set at 173F = pure alcohol, pure alcohol + what ever flavoring you like = a good time :) like if you home brew!

  • @trustinstinct The real jackasses are the CEOs and upper management who sold us out, betrayed the people who worked for them and gave an American company to the Belgians! Now IMBEV owns Budweiser. IMBEV claims that it will keep the U.S. plants open but if profits drop by just one Dollar, IMBEV will move the plants to a place that is more profitable... like Belgium!

  • I have seen the these belgions in real life! They are huge and sooo cool! The little donkey was my fav

  • @siarrahbabey14 Belgions? The Clydesdales are Scottish, named after Clydesdale in Scotland. The Budweiser company is Belgion.

  • The freaking FCC (or w/e that family guy song is talking about)

  • This reff. is a jack....

nope. i believe thaats a zebra.

    lmfao XD

  • lol....

  • Banned? Really? This was just cute and funny

  • I agree, its really sad when somebody has to tag a great commercial "banned" in order to get views... How very sad is that.. Who the hell cares how many views you get anyway.. Idiot. Thats a thumbs down from me too!

  • Like the video, Dislike the "Banned" approach. The thumbs down gets recorded officially.

  • It WAS NOT banned

  • Love it

  • Banned????? Very smart ad. I thought it meant that a smart horse knows when not to cross the line. All about boundaries and and integrity. Well, its all in one's personal perception. Some bozo thought it was insulting referees. Whoops. I just insulted that guy.

  • @ritzco1 lol

  • lol "nope I believe thats a zebra" lol

  • yea this one wasnt banned, it was on tv.

  • @emtthis It gets more attention if they put "banned commercials". Otherwise they would just have another post on YouTube. Maybe I could put "banned " on my video and I'd get more than 64 views. Hmmmmm.......

  • NOT BANNED. I saw this commercial many times on TV.

  • lol!!!

  • Bizarre

  • Flagged for having misleading text

  • It was never banned you idiot, get your facts straight!

  • LoL....That was funny as F.ck...

  • i don't get it...adorable zebra tho:-)

  • It wasn't banned so dislike.

  • Just so you know who, I flagged this. I am tired of all the "banned" tags on videos just to get views. This commercial was not banned, I called the company directly before writing this. This is outright intentinal falsifying.

  • ahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa......daaaaayng )))

  • I don't get why it was banned, even if the guy did say Jackass... people say that all the time on T.V.! WTF?! They need to bring this one back so bad! =D

  • Omg! That's amazing!

  • Can't believe it was banned because of someone saying "Jackass". What bunch anal morons decided that?

  • @PrincessFiona89 welcome to america were its filled with disgusting morons who bitch at every little thing. God i fucking hate people..

  • @PrincessFiona89 It was not banned, this guy said that to get more views.

  • @PrincessFiona89 it wasnt banned. they used the profanity loophole as "ass" means horse.

  • @PrincessFiona89 This wasn't banned. It is a classic commercial and funny.

  • I don't get it at all...

Maybe it's because I've never seen a football game in my life, but it just goes right over my head

  • The zebra is supposed to be a referee and he's watching the instant replay ... he keeps watching it over and over to determine what call he's gonna make. Hence, the jackass because he's indecisive

  • Ok thanks a bunch

  • On football the referies are whith stripped shirts xD

  • refs wear those colors and the guys who calls him a jackass means hes a jackass but then the other guy becomes a smart ass adn says that hes a zebra.

  • HAHAHA nope I believe that's a zebra rofl well done!

  • they use horses in the ad coz 'Bud' tastes like horse piss

  • if it was banned it was because he said JACKASS !

  • It wasn't banned it played three years ago during the super bowl.

  • why was this banned???

  • what does this have to do with alcohol?

  • Nothing

  • wow...some people are dense

  • Yeah lol, its pretty obvious, but hey not everyone is as smart as us.

  • omg people the zebra is playing the part of the referee and he is reviewing the play, the clidesdails are playing the part of football players. jackass is a donkey, the guy says its a zebra. wow people dont think it through so hard lol

  • can someone plz explain the commercial... i simply don't get it..

  • i don't get it. what's the zebra doing?

  • the zebra is reviewing a play like a football offical would do

  • this wasnt banned.

  • how the hell did you get the idea it was masturbating..unless you being sarcastic

  • im not, just came to my mind lol

  • WHY THE HELL will you think of a zebra wakin off??? man your twiested

  • I dunno,but it's funny

  • how tha fukk did this get banned?

  • This commercial wasn't banned....! I remember cleraly seeing it on Superbowl sunday....

  • Okay, I guess it was banned because of the word 'Jackass', but it was pretty funny.

  • SOOOOOO FUNNY

  • That was actually pretty funny

  • i dont understand why is it funny?

  • why was this banned? other than for just being lame? it would be more accurate to call these "failed commercials cause they're not scandalous, just retarded

  • I believe when they say "Banned" it may be banned in certain countries but it still gets aired elsewhere. Still fun to watch, tho...thanks for posting

  • i thought this commercial was okay

  • I have to review this before i claim it funny

  • I laughed when I saw it during the superbowl in 2003.

    Because it isn't banned

  • thats stupid its not even the least bit funny

  • i had a long pause before i laughed

  • Cute how the zebra is a ref cuz he's got the stripies. XD

  • Not banned - a good commercial none the less.

  • lol......

  • Weird!

  • stop to tag your video as banned commercials to get more views, that was not banned you attention whore..

  • @Ph4nToM890 : Thank you Ph4n. I too doubt that this ad was "banned." Terrific ad and I don't watch football OR drink!

  • @Ph4nToM890 GOOD FOR YOU Ph4..... This is just sad when ppl are so deprived of attention. No actually, its hilarious... Attention whore is perfect. thumbs up for your comment. lmao

  • haha, sweet

  • ahaha, i thought it was really funny.

  • This commercial wasn't banned, they showed this during Superbowl XXXVII.

  • Funny XD

  • LMAO NICE

  • o_O[sorry.can someone explaine it to me o_O?]

  • The zebra is the referee(sp?) and he is watching to see if it was a safe play. The first guy says "The referee's a jackass." A jackass is sometimes used for a jerk, as you probably know, and its also a term for a donkey. In this case, they make you think he means the jerk term when the first guy talks. when the secoond guy says "No, I believe that's a zebra." the jackass term automatically becomes the second term- a donkey.

  • ya, but how does that have anything to with beer?

  • the horses

  • saw this on tv. it wasn't banned you dosy cunt.

  • this isn't banned?

  • it was awesome... you don't have to be a yank to get it either! or even like the beer!

  • lmao i loved that

  • haha You drink their beer and then watch. Then its funny.

  • That was excellent for the Super Bowel. Best ever!

  • Super Bowel? I don't wanna go there.

  • Terrible...:)

    lol

  • Budweiser has soooo many banned commercials... more banned than aired I bet.

  • it was not banned.

it ranked number 2 on the best superbowl commericials

forgot which year they aired it though

  • Im pretty sure this wasnt banned

  • Its simple - Remember its a superball Ad(Grid iron) the Zebra is a referee checking the replay to see if the horses steped over the line (out of bounds) American football humour.

Doesnt really relate to the beer however.

  • i dont understand

  • i dont understand

  • low batteri doesnt get it. *stands and claps*

  • I don't get it

  • i do....lol its halerious the guy thinks its a donkie see....buts its a zebra

  • yeah i got that, lol. I'm just confused on what it has to do with Budweiser.

  • yea. same here

  • this sux

  • this commercial wasnt banned at least not in illinios

  • why was this banned?

  • As with some of the other alleged 'banned' videos, this person probably titled it that way to get more viewers.
