Well maybe your computer isn't bad - but you need a pretty decent PC for this mod any way. Try turning the setting down a bit? It should still look better than mod-less GTAIV.

So, I've installed this using your video.I have a laptop with 2 video cards, one integrated from Intel, and one high-performance from nVidia.The problem is the game runs it with the Intel card, but as you can already guess it doesn't run well, because this card sucks for games.When I try to run it with nVidia, when I press Play, it starts to load but it does not enter the game(it's stucked and keeps rolling those images with characters from the game). I need help I did it all and its really awesome. the thing is that it lagging if i turn all on high. But I know that my sesytem is high enough for it. I mean I even can play BF 3 on max. So whats the problem? In the game it shows me how much ressources it needs and its totally enough I guess. If I turn all on high it is green highlighted and says that it needs 880MB (about) and free a allmost 2000MB. So can you tell me what is the best way to play it fluently and so it still looks nice?

@IDesignish Sounds like your computer just can't handle the mod. It's quite normal for that to happen even if you run it really smoothly without mods. My computer runs GTA at 60-70 fps normally but with iCEnhancer it drops straight to 30. Its a hard mod for computers to handle. :( nothing you can do really. Try looking it up around the internet :)
