  • thanks guys. Yea, this was awhile back when I was still getting stronger and learning my own strength. No doubt the body will find the least path of resistance. As of now, I'm at 370lbs on the bench at 195lbs. Form is alot better. Thanks for the advice. I can always continue to learn and get better from others. Thanks again.

  • gr8 speed alltho the bounce - i'd just lower the bar emplacment would make it easier to get it out even with a spotter
