Wow.
Unfortunately, he doesn't just talk. Sending all of those new troops to Afghanistan is more that talk. Destroying $2.8 billion dollars worth of cars that had an average of 9-10 years of life left on them is more than just talk. But all of the good news on the economy...well, that really is just a bunch of talk.
