  • I thinks thats animal abuse. You need at lease a bigger CAGE not a basket D:

  • in the united states it's illegal to sale dye baby chicks

  • D: Nooooo what if one of their foot got caught in the holes of the cage. She'd be stuck getting trampled ):

  • This is terrible! How much suffering can the babies take? Being dyed and laying in each others poop. Discusting.

  • thats a puupy mill for chiks.......

  • Coudlnt agree more. this is terrible

  • things like this make me wanna go vegan, but my parents are too lazy to do that shopping for me, i'm def going to go vegan soon as i get my car, then go green...

  • you can buy these?

  • Thats super upsetting, those little adorable chicks have no room. I know it's worse in the U.S thank goodness I don't live in neither country. Go Canada :)

  • @purplewatermelon123 Yeah, but least we don't bash in the heads of baby seals.

  • DX i feel bad for the ones at the bottom of the crates

  • They're cute. I will just waste my time on taking care of them. :-(

  • This is horrible... You should be ashamed. each one is supposed to be unique but you ruined that for those poor things. You're a hater. I hope you have bad luck.

  • omg just put them in a bigger box!!!! it's not that hard! my gawwd the ppl r to cheap to get them a frikken bigger box

  • ok why the hell would they put dye on them??????

    thats mean /:

  • @usernameiphone3gkid Actually they dyed the egg, and the colors went into the feathers of the chick, Its actually safe for the chick. But they still loose the color when they become adults

  • CRUEL!!!!!!!!!

  • that is soooo cruel i remember when i was in yemen they had chickens for sale and

they were painted light colors then a boy bought one and it died

  • their being crushed

  • Well I suppose it doesn't matter how cruel it is that they are stuck in those little crates because they're dyed to be attractive to buy, and those who buy them might just have them for their kids... fun wears off and the chick is neglected and dies. Or maybe they are "lucky" enough to make it till they molt, then neglected after the color is gone and the real feathers grow.

    *sigh*

  • that is so cruel.whats worse is that some people use dye to color the chicks.the dye is like toxic and can kill the poor chicks.i am so sad....

  • @MrPoppy32 It's actually harmless, it's only vegetable dye

  • they are piling the chicks on top of eachother! That is C-R-U-E-L! They are screwed up!

  • @JoannaBlackJack ooh PA LEEZ so sensitive the world is becoming! They'll be fine.

  • i see a lot of complaining...but i wonder how many of you eat chicken

  • not me

  • me have 1 or 2?

  • ...???

  • your an idiot they dye the actual physical chick... how the fuck would dye penetrate through an egg shell?

  • @chafeboy your a fucking moron! get a life fucking tree hugging animal fucking dick head

  • You think colored chicks are wrong, so far these chicks have had a good life, check out how in the US they raise egg layers!

  • what's wrong with this picture?

Well first you drown the poor things in dye...

And like that wasn't bad enough?

    Well apparently not.

They also squeezed the poor things in crates.

I've noticed that all of the colorful chick videos take place in like India or some other dirty country... maybe it's illegal in the US...

  • @heylookitskatie1

They can use vegetable dye: Most do.

  • @heylookitskatie1 some other dirty country? what, is america the only clean country? the only civilized country? you may want to think about your words a little bit before you just start typing.

  • You mean they inject food coloring into the eggs while those poor things are developing> Whoa that is wrong.

  • هذا في اليمن؟هههههههههههههههههههههههه

    حاله

  • how du u paint them!?

  • put food coloring in the egg. i think its animal cruelty.

  • Thats animal cruelty. they need A BIGGGER CAGE. like seriously wtf??!

  • It must be just for a little while. Until they are bought.

  • @msIsubyou I agree with you. They really need more breathing space. Then, there wouldn't be so much cheeping.

  • @msIsubyou where do you think your KFC comes from? Same conditions, darling.

  • @msIsubyou 85 percent of them die anyway after being bought caz the kid that buys them doesnt take care of them or the neighborhood cat eats them..I know caz Im from where they sell them..these chicks are CHEAP n are given out like toys. I think Americans are doing the right thing and eating them, at least they live longer that way lol

  • @msIsubyou hope they will take care of them seriously.

  • @msIsubyou That bigger then the ones we use in the U.S sadly

  • @msIsubyou they should all have atleast indavidual one by one cages

  • @msIsubyou At least the're all staying warm together, heheh. ^_^(so adorable)

  • @msIsubyou i know right

  • i like the pink one do you?

  • cute coloring chickens!

  • @marah777 right... =.=" those chickens are so cute and buy(my English isn't good) by people who don't know how to handle them

  • @DidiSFS poor little babys!

  • ok now thats cruel

  • The box is cruel but the chicks being colored isnt.

  • @bigphong I know I mean they're all like stuck in those crates and can't move they should be able to spread out all over the place

  • thats cruel, one is on top of another >:[

  • aww

  • Comment removed

  • lol

  • Way to close make a bigger cage

  • =[ so sad... theyre in baskets? like that... makes me wanna buy them all and let them roam free.

  • ya rly lol i no what u mean

  • @SammyPacks

    aww! :D

  • @SammyPacks if you do that they will breed more and do the same thing

  • @SammyPacks hahaah can you imagine a stampede of colorful fuzziness!(: that would be so cool.

  • @SammyPacks me too... T_T

  • @SammyPacks I believe that was the marketing strategy.

  • @SammyPacks yupp

  • PRETTY COLORS!

  • It's Natrual Dye,The Chicks Aren't Harmed At All.

And The Dye Isn't To Attract More Customers Or A Science Experiment,It's So The Chicken Vendor Knows What Species Of Chicken It Is.

There is Just One Type Of Species,You People Take Things So Seriously.

  • Why is it illegal then? Search it up, its against the law

  • :((((((((((

  • oh that is soo sad that they would do that!

my brother just bought two chickens ( not colored like those )

because of all the horrible things they do to them in factories and stuff. My brother's are sooo cute and much better cared for then most poor little chicks!

  • thats sooo cute xD

.....except that im pretty sure its illegal. I say it on Animal Cops once

  • omg thats smart to dye them

but theyre in a really tiny basket :( :( :[ HALP DEM

  • the poor things!! thats really bad, just to make money...

  • thats so mean to put them all on top of eachother GET A PEN RETARDS

  • Unfortunately that is true, poor chicks are just toys. Selling those little helpless animals in markets, or even worse: I have seen they give chicks as a gift in many fairs, is cruelty because of the way people use and kill those little chicks is sad. Just sad.

I have seen also chicks crushed there in the same markets.

They are jus helpless little and fragile animals not toys.

  • dat not funny

    that is just really mean

  • omg! :'[ thats so sad... just so sad...

  • thats horrible totally inhumane!

  • I agree i have a dislike for people who dye animals fur in general as you cannot ask an animal permission can you.

  • sorry i just cannot stand seeing chicks like that in the market - - poor things :(

  • good idea with dying them to tell specsis apart but i agree with everyone with the lack of space. Why sperate them in small baskets if they are already dyed? Get a damn pen!

  • Would the blue ones lay golden eggs? if so I want them all!

  • omg i think they r stacked!! curle!

  • this is consumers fault

  • for fucks sakes it should be illegal to keep chickens like that!

  • THEY'RE OVERCROWDED YOU BITCH!

  • sad really..

  • It is sad. I agree.

  • People are stupid. everyone's like IT'S SO FUCKING CRUEL GAH SAVE THE CHICKZ

It's not cruel to dye the chicks. They're dyed when they aren't conscious enough to know what's going on, and there is no pain involved. They are died so people can recognize gender and species, not because it's cruel.

The only inhumane part of the video is how many chicks there are piled on top of each other.

  • aw poor chikies cant even walk :(

  • THAT SHOULD BE ANIMAL CRULETY

    Poor baby chicks

    THEY CAN'T EVEN MOVE

  • Okay, so there's FAR too much comedy material on some of these comments. I understand the want to love all animals and protect them; I can even sympathize.

But let's look at a few comments from these "moral cops":

tohidemyface-Yes, adult chickens are useless. Owait..

SHEEN0998777-How exactly do you make something out of toy?

    smexy20-PETA's new minister, apparently.

The lesson of all this apparently is if you can tug at someone's heartstrings, you can get them to support whatever you want.

  • shit! there are piles of them. the ones at the bottem are dead! Its really really really sad and cruel

  • theyre living things not sweets.

  • y r they colerful?

  • and r they colored that color

  • how could they keep those poor chicks in a small crate

  • Easy. Pick one up, and put it in. Basic body function.

  • Fuck the guy selling te chickies I'm gonna steal them and rasie them in a humongus estate and never have them killed and ejct them with a liquid that gives them everlasting life

  • i'd give them a liquid that makes them super strong and giant!!! >:D

  • the way they keep the chicks is cruel

  • Why do they colour them?

  • sucks to be the guy on the bottom

  • u sure are right

  • that is so cruel. they shouldnt be allowed to do that

  • must be to skuwished in there to be in man poor chicks now they can never see there mom and dad :(

  • wtf! stacked?!

  • Stop parading these poor babies like they were damn easter eggs!!!!!!!

  • thats it

  • I don't exactly like that they're colored, but those poor chicks are crammed! I hope they didn't have to stay there long!!!!

  • what the hell! I have a vagina that is very wet and it looks like mr burns. off the simpsons

  • The dye used is a vegetable dye that they dye the egg with first...they don't actually dye the chicks.

The cruel thing is...so many chicks in one crate...poor things.

  • i know and people stuf them in plastic bags like some grocery object :( the chick might even suffer in them

  • I so agree with you 2

  • thank you

  • i agree 2

  • Alright people, the chicks are not painted themselves, so don't get all Animal Rights over them. Admittedly, the crates are small.... but it seems some people are getting angry about the colors. You color the eggs very young.

  • Watching that has caused me to have a seizure.

  • Thats horrible, they keep them in crammed little baskets? Go to hell whoever is the seller D:<

  • what type of chicken is each color? this seems pretty interesting

  • WHAT THE HELL. Omg... how freaking cruel.

  • if you can watch this and not be disturbed than maybe you have no heart

  • how can you post comments like "they are so cute, wanna buy one" ..don`t you see that they have too less room for living?! since they were born they have a misserable life and now they are goning to run over echt other in those little boxes!

  • I'll have one of each color.

  • ****

  • that basterd who is selling chicks should go 2jail :/

  • omg so cute^^ i wanna buy a green one 0_0

  • omg all the chicks at the bottem are probably sufficated!!!

  • they should make the basket bigger..

  • what neglect...thats animal abuse! there shouldent be so many chicks in a little container like that!

  • where is that i will buy one

  • where to buy the colored chicks at

  • sooo mean

  • Poor things. They are crowded in there.

  • CHICK CRUELTY!!!!!!

  • forget the idea of the dying bein cruel....how about being shoved in a little crate, carried around and then being sold to a child who wont be able to care for you.

    it should be illegal

  • Freaks >=( Why are those freakin' people injecting dye colors for the chicks?? So cruel

  • It doesnt hurt them! They just inject food coloring in the embryo. They'll lose it when they grow up.

  • dont pant them uz can all go to helll their living creatures you not supposed to paint them for the fun of it

  • actually its quite simple and safe, at the egg incubation they simply insert food dye, which is non toxic, and the baby feathers(which eventually fall off) are turned colors, it is not affecting the chicks health unless a novice person decides to inject it to the egg and destroy its membrame(seeing as a surrenge is used) dont kno how to spell seringe or w/e it is

  • That's horrible and also ther so crowded it's like the people think they are not living and dont desrve a standard of living space.

  • I agree!!That is so awful!!You paint them then cram them in crates? Who do you htink you are?

  • dont get ur nickers in a twist! in some places its ok to dy em! we had some chicks and they grew up healthily, and had their own buch!

  • man they sell these chicks like they were made out of toy
