@TheFuad666 Great, so Uçduq was released in 2006. It's still newer than Sirusho's song. I got the year 2008 from this Azeri forum I found. I guess it was the release date for the album. As for Sirusho's song, it's in a CD called "New Generation" and that CD was released in 2004. So the song itself was possibly recorded even before then.

Funny enough, the date on your video says August 2006, while the date on this very video is June 2006(older). So what's your point with that video?

Go to " music . gisher . ru " and type "Sirusho." Then check out the song "Sirum Em Miayn Qez" from the "New Generation Vol.1" album. It says "Year: 2003."

I've also searched the album on other sites to make sure the date is correct. Some say 2004, some say 2003 (so I guess the CD was made in 2003, but released in early 2004). In any case, it proves Zamiq plagiarized her work, and not the other way around.
